Evans (6-feet, 199 pounds) emerged as a playmaker for Texas A&M in 2016, finishing with 87 tackles and four interceptions in 13 games. That kind of tackle and turnover production bodes well for his IDP projection, as do his 41.5-inch vertical and 129-inch broad jump from his pro day workout. If the snaps are here, so should the IDP viability, but Evans will need to beat Chris Conte for snaps.
