Cleveland has served his three-game suspension for violating the league's Substances of Abuse Policy. The fifth-year pro will be available for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Steelers, when he'll serve in a rotational role on the Ravens' offensive line and as a contributor on special teams.

Cleveland worked as a backup at left guard last year and played in all 19 of Baltimore's regular-season and postseason contests.
