The Rams placed Hamilton (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Sunday.
Hamilton can't practice until he's fully healthy and will be limited to side work until then. The 21-year-old joined the team as an undrafted free agent back in May and will compete for a depth cornerback spot once healthy.
