The Vikings signed Briscoe to the practice squad Monday.
The Vikings waived Briscoe during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and managed to produce enough in training camp to receive an invitation to the team's practice squad. The undrafted free agent out of Cal Poly participated in all three preseason games for the Vikings, catching one of his four targets for 11 yards.

Minnesota signed Briscoe (undisclosed) on Thursday, Rob Kleifield of the Vikings' official site reports.
There were questions about Briscoe's health when he was waived by Seattle in May, but he's presumably in good shape now. The undrafted rookie boasts good size, and he caught 43 passes for 779 yards and seven touchdowns in his senior season at Cal Poly in 2025.

The Seahawks waived Briscoe with a failure to disclose physical condition designation Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Seahawks signed Briscoe as an undrafted free agent May 1. It's unclear what he's dealing with, but he'll hit waivers, nonetheless. The Cal Poly product spent seasons in college and finished with 43 receptions for 779 yards and seven touchdowns in his final campaign.
