  • Patriots' Dametrious Crownover: Logs full practice Thursday

Crownover (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. A knee injury prevented Crownover from suiting up against the Steelers in Week 2, but his ability to fully practice Thursday puts the rookie sixth-rounder on track to play against the Jaguars on Sunday. His presence gives the Patriots depth on the offensive line, which could be even more crucial for Week 3 if starting right tackle Morgan Moses (foot) is unable to play.

  • Patriots' Dametrious Crownover: Ruled out for Sunday

Crownover (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers. Crownover missed all three practice sessions during Week 2 prep with a new knee injury. The rookie sixth-rounder will leave the Patriots thin on the offensive line as they head into a matchup with a Steelers defense that held the Falcons to 13 points in Week 1.

  • Patriots' Dametrious Crownover: Snagged by New England

The Patriots selected Crownover in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, 196th overall. Crownover (6-foot-7, 319 pounds) spent five years as a contributor at Texas A&M, and he started all 13 games in each of his final two seasons at right tackle. New England's first-round pick of the 2026 NFL Draft, Caleb Lomu, projects as the team's future starter at right tackle, with Will Campbell already solidified on the left side, meaning Crownover will compete with the likes of James Hudson, Marcus Bryant, Sebastian Gutierrez and Lorenz Metz for depth reps as a rookie.
