  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Busts against former team

Parkinson secured two of four targets for 21 yards during Thursday's 38-37 overtime loss to the Seahawks. Despite Matthew Stafford putting up monster numbers (457 yards passing and three touchdowns), Parkinson failed to make much of an impact against the team that drafted him in 2020. Terrance Ferguson earned the lone touchdown for the Rams' tight end corps in the contest, while Parkinson failed to see a target in the red zone. While the veteran tight end has touchdowns in five of his last seven games and led the trio in snap count, this game served as a reminder of Parkinson's floor. If Tyler Higbee (ankle) returns next week for the Week 17 showdown with the Falcons, this already crowded tight end room would be even more difficult to navigate for fantasy purposes.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: TEs to start

We'll see if Davante Adams (hamstring) can play in Week 16 at Seattle, but if he's out as expected then consider Parkinson a No. 1 Fantasy tight end in the majority of leagues. He just had a huge game in Week 15 against Detroit with five catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets, and he scored 24.5 PPR points. Everything in that game was a season high for Parkinson, and it coincided with Adams getting hurt. Parkinson, who has scored a touchdown in five of his past six games, had two catches for 14 yards and a touchdown on two targets against the Seahawks in Week 11. And Seattle is No. 6 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, with three guys scoring at least 11.1 PPR points against Seattle in the past four games. It's also a revenge game for Parkinson, who spent the first four seasons of his career with the Seahawks.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Week 16 Waiver Priority List

Parkinson had a huge game in Week 15 against Detroit with five catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets, and he scored 24.5 PPR points. Everything in that game was a season high for Parkinson, and it coincided with Davante Adams (hamstring) getting hurt against the Lions. We don't know if Adams will play Thursday night at Seattle in Week 16, but Parkinson could benefit if Adams is out.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Scoring binge continues

Parkinson had five receptions on seven targets for 75 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 41-34 win over the Lions. Parkinson turned in his finest fantasy performance to date after recording a season-high 75 yards while hitting pay dirt twice in the win over Detroit. The 26-year-old has now scored six touchdowns across his last six appearances, placing him firmly on the map as a starting fantasy option for the second half of the season. Fantasy managers should continue riding the hot hand as Parkinson prepares to face his former club in a road matchup against Seattle on Thursday Night Football in Week 16.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Week 15 Waiver Priority List

Parkinson caught another touchdown in Week 14 at Arizona, which is now his fourth touchdown in his past five games. He also added three catches for 32 yards on five targets, and Parkinson is worth using as a low-end starter in all leagues heading into Week 15 against Detroit. He also gets Seattle in Week 16, which is an incredible matchup. Parkinson is worth adding in all leagues for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Catches TD in Week 14 win

Parkinson reeled in three of five targets for 32 yards and a touchdown Sunday in a 45-17 victory against Arizona. Parkinson finished third among Rams pass catchers in targets and trailed only Puka Nacua, who dominated with a 7-167-2 line, in receiving yardage. Since Tyler Higbee (ankle) landed on IR ahead of Week 12, Parkinson has emerged as the Rams' top tight end with 11 catches for 100 yards and two touchdowns over three games. Pushing that out further, Parkinson has tallied four scores over his past five contests, making him an intriguing -- though TD-dependent -- fantasy option at a relatively shallow position.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Week 14 Waiver Priority List

Parkinson's three-game touchdown streak ended in Week 13 at Carolina, but he still had four catches for 27 yards on five targets. This is now two games in a row with four catches, and he can be an option for Fantasy managers in deeper leagues heading into Week 14 at Arizona. It helps that the Cardinals are No. 9 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, but Parkinson will likely need to score a touchdown to boost his Fantasy value. That said, you can do worse in deeper leagues then to lean on one of Matthew Stafford's top targets, and Parkinson appears to be the No. 3 option in the passing game behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Parkinson is worth adding for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Four receptions in loss

Parkinson caught four of five targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Panthers. Parkinson was able to secure multiple passes for the sixth game in a row, but he saw his streak of three contests with a score come to an end. The 26-year-old has now reeled in eight of nine targets for 68 yards and a touchdown over the last two weeks while operating as the team's No. 1 tight end with Tyler Higbee (ankle) on injured reserve.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Week 13 Waiver Priority List

Parkinson has quietly scored a touchdown in three games in a row, and he should continue to be a factor for the Rams and Fantasy managers with Tyler Higbee (ankle) on injured reserve. Parkinson had four catches for 41 yards on four targets against Tampa Bay in Week 12, and he's playing with arguably the best quarterback in the NFL right now with Matthew Stafford. While Puka Nacua and Davante Adams should continue to dominate targets, Parkinson could help Fantasy managers in deeper leagues and is worth adding for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Extends TD streak to three games

Parkinson reeled in all four of his targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-7 rout of the Buccaneers. Parkinson stayed hot in fantasy with his third trip to the end zone in as many weeks. It is worth noting that those three scores represent all of the tight end's touchdowns in nine appearances this season. The 26-year-old is averaging 1.5 receptions for 11.3 yards in his other six starts, highlighting the risk of trusting Parkinson to repeat his recent scoring binge moving forward. That said, Parkinson's hot streak at least puts him on the map as fantasy option in deeper formats for next Sunday's tilt against the Panthers.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Catches late TD in win

Parkinson caught both of his targets for 14 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 21-19 win over the Seahawks on Sunday. With Tyler Higbee exiting early with an ankle injury, Parkinson saw an elevated role late in the contest and ended up catching what proved to be the game-winning six-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. Parkinson has now secured 15 of 17 targets this season for 123 yards and two touchdowns. If Higbee needs to miss Week 12 against the Bucs, Parkinson could once again see more playing time on offense.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Scores first TD of 2025

Parkinson brought in four of five targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-26 win over the 49ers. Parkinson turned in his finest fantasy outing of the season after hitting paydirt for the first time in 2025. The veteran backup's season line bumped up to 13-109-1, highlighting how little production the tight end has offered outside of Sunday's strong totals. Parkinson can safely be ignored in standard fantasy formats next Sunday against the Seahawks.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: No injury designation

Parkinson (concussion) does not have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports. Parkinson was sidelined in Week 6 due to a concussion. However, he practiced in full throughout the week leading up to the matchup against the Jaguars and should be in line to play around 30 percent of offensive snaps.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Practices in full to start week

Parkinson (concussion) logged a full practice session Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports. Parkinson was sidelined for Sunday's game against the Ravens while recovering from a concussion. He reportedly cleared the league's protocol prior to the contest, though his ongoing presence on the injury report suggests otherwise.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Not playing vs. Baltimore

Parkinson (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Parkinson cleared the league's concussion protocol and was given the questionable tag for Week 6, per Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register. Parkinson is not quite ready to return, so he'll observe Sunday's game in street clothes while Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson serve as the Rams' depth tight ends behind Tyler Higbee. Parkinson's next opportunity to play is Week 7 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 19.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Clears protocol but questionable

Parkinson (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol but will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday, Adam Grosbard of the LA Daily News reports. Parkinson is eligible to suit up Sunday after clearing concussion protocol, but the team will continue to monitor his status to ensure Parkinson doesn't suffer a setback. Even if Parkinson plays, his role in the passing game will likely be limited as part of a crowded Rams tight end room that includes Tyler Higbee (hip), Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Remains limited Thursday

Parkinson (concussion) remained limited in Thursday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports. Parkinson picked up the concussion in last Thursday night's overtime loss to the 49ers. If neither Parkinson nor Tyler Higbee (hip) can play Sunday against the Ravens, Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson would handle tight-end duties for Los Angeles.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: In concussion protocol

Parkinson is in the league's concussion protocol, but coach Sean McVay said Monday he expects Parkinson to be available to play Sunday against the Ravens, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports. With Tyler Higbee (hip) out last Thursday night against the 49ers, Parkinson started the game and played 37 percent of the Rams' offensive snaps. He failed to catch his lone target, which was an end-zone shot from Matthew Stafford. Parkinson has four catches for 11 yards on five targets this season.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Makes two grabs

Parkinson (shoulder) secured both of his targets for 17 yards during Sunday's 27-20 win against the Colts. A nagging shoulder injury wasn't enough to cost Parkinson his second game of the season, and he played roughly 30 percent of the snaps on offense and made a few catches with his limited time on the field. Tyler Higbee (hip) saw five targets and nearly doubled Parkinson's snaps on offense, and has clearly reclaimed his role as the top tight end for the Rams. Davis Allen and Parkinson were nearly tied (22 to 21) in snap count, and while the duo are likely close in terms of who the No. 2 tight end is on the depth chart, the role has little fantasy value at the moment, even with the 49ers' depleted defense next on the docket on Thursday Night Football in Week 5.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: Expected to play Sunday

Parkinson (shoulder) is questionable to play in Sunday's contest against the Colts, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports. Parkinson has been limited at practice throughout the week due to his preexisting shoulder injury that he sustained in Week 1, but head coach Sean McVay said Friday that he expects the tight end to play in Week 4. Parkinson has caught both of his targets for a loss of six yards over two games this season.
