  • Dolphins' Jamaree Salyer: Moving to Miami

Salyer and the Dolphins agreed to terms on a contract Friday. After spending the first four years of his NFL career with the Chargers, Salyer has found a new home in Miami. The 25-year-old from Georgia appeared in 13 regular-season games (five starts) last season, logging 501 total snaps (449 on offense, 52 on special teams). Now with the Dolphins, Salyer is expected to compete for a starting role on the offensive line ahead of the 2026 season.

  • Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Full practice Thursday

Salyer (hamstring) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Salyer was listed as limited on Wednesday's injury report after having missed the final two games of the regular season, but it looks like he's now fully healthy and ready for Sunday's wild-card matchup on the road against New England. He's on track to draw his usual start at left tackle versus the Patriots.

  • Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Progressing, unlikely for Week 18

Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Wednesday that Salyer (hamstring) is "trending in a really good direction" but isn't expected to be available for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Broncos, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports. Harbaugh said, "it doesn't look like [Salyer will] be able to go this week" versus Denver but offered optimism that the starting left tackle could be available in the first round of the AFC playoffs, with the Chargers still capable of falling anywhere from the No. 5 to the 7th seed. With Harbaugh previously announcing Los Angeles will rest key starters in Week 18, it will be Trey Lance who has to operate with either Austin Deculus or Trevor Penning protecting his blind side on Sunday.

  • Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Exits Week 16 game due to hamstring

Salyer (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup against Dallas. Salyer's injury took place during the first quarter. He's been replaced at left tackle by Austin Deculus, per Daniel Popper of The Athletic.

  • Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Not available vs. Miami

Salyer (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Salyer was unable to practice Thursday and Friday due to a knee injury, and he'll be on the sidelines for Sunday's game. The Chargers' offensive line will turn to Austin Deculus, Mekhi Becton, Foster Sarell and Bobby Hart as their starting options at tackle due to the absences of Salyer, Joe Alt (ankle) and Trey Pipkins (knee).
