  • Cardinals' Zonovan Knight: Sleepers (Start/Sit)

Knight doesn't have an easy matchup in Week 14 against the Rams, who are No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, but I still like Knight as a flex option in all leagues if Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle) remain out. Knight has scored at least 13.2 PPR points in three games in a row, and he has at least 9.4 PPR points in six of eight outings since Benson was injured. In his past three games, Knight has 11 catches for 77 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets, and he has at least three targets in each outing. The Rams have also allowed four running backs to score at least 11. PPR points in their past four games.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Receiving TD in Sunday's loss

Knight rushed 11 times for 62 yards and brought in all three targets for 36 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals' 20-17 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. Knight was the clear lead back due to Emari Demercado (ankle) being sidelined, and the 24-year-old put together a season-high yardage total while logging double-digit carries for the second straight game and fifth time in the last seven contests overall. Knight also averaged a season-high 5.6 yards per carry, and he recorded the first receiving touchdown of his career on a 15-yard grab during a broken play late in the third quarter. As Jess Root of USA Today notes, Knight didn't see the field after the 10:46 mark in the fourth quarter, though that may have been a byproduct of Arizona favoring its passing-down personnel featuring Michael Carter in the backfield. Knight had been nursing a knee injury coming into Sunday, so his practice activity may be worth keeping an eye on during Week 14 prep. Even if his knee doesn't prove to be a concern, Knight could still be in line for a lightened workload next Sunday versus the Rams if Trey Benson (knee) is cleared to return from injured reserve.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Active in Week 13

Knight (knee) is listed as active Sunday in Tampa Bay. Knight has battled lower-body injuries at times over the last month and a half, with a knee issue limiting him at all three Week 13 sessions and leaving him questionable for Sunday's contest. Now that he's confirmed to be available, he appears poised to get a majority share of the Cardinals' backfield reps considering Trey Benson (knee) remains on injured reserve and Emari Demercado is sitting out a second straight game due to a high-ankle sprain. Over the last five outings with various RB personnel available for Arizona, Knight has tallied 221 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs on 62 touches. Michael Carter is Knight's greatest threat to take on snaps.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Likely to play Week 13

Knight (knee), who is officially questionable to play Sunday against the Buccaneers, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Knight was limited in all three practices this week while managing the knee issue, but he looks like he'll be cleared to play in advance of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle) have both been ruled out for the contest, so Knight should serve as Arizona's top running back. However, Michael Carter should get a fair amount of offensive snaps as well, particularly on passing downs.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Status in question for Week 13

Knight (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports. With Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle) ruled out for Week 13, Knight now is the only question mark among the Cardinals' running backs that are dealing with injuries. Knight's knee issue limited him in all three practices this week, and his status will be clarified about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Assuming he's able to suit up this weekend, he and Michael Carter likely will split the backfield reps in some fashion, but Jermar Jefferson also may be on hand for his first touch of the season.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Stays limited Thursday

Knight (knee) was listed as limited on Thursday's injury report, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports. Meanwhile, Trey Benson (knee), who remains on injured reserve, and Emari Demercado (ankle) were listed as non-participants, leaving Knight and Michael Carter as the healthiest of the Cardinals' top options at running back at the moment. Friday's practice report will reveal who among the quartet has a chance to suit up Sunday at Tampa Bay.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Tending to knee issue

Knight was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a knee injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports. Knight dealt with an ankle issue in advance of the previous two games, but he was active for both and combined for 23 touches for 77 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs. With a new health concern in tow, his activity level in practice remained the same Wednesday, while backfield mate Trey Benson (knee) also was limited, and Emari Demercado stayed sidelined due to a high-ankle sprain. The status of the trio will continue to be monitored, especially Benson, who will need to be activated from injured reserve in order to have a chance to play Sunday at Tampa Bay.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Cashes in early TD

Knight rushed 10 times for 12 yards and a touchdown while catching four of five targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to the Jaguars. Knight overcame a minor ankle injury in order to serve as the Cardinals' lead back sans Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle). The 24-year-old Knight struggled with his efficiency yet again, but he managed to reward committed fantasy managers by punching in Arizona's only rushing score of the contest. Backup Michael Carter (5-28-0) finished as the team's leading rusher on half as many carries as Knight received, as the team continues to deploy multiple backs to help replace the early-season loss of James Conner (ankle). It will be important to monitor both Benson's and Demercado's status prior to next Sunday's tilt against Tampa Bay, as the return of either tailback could noticeably eat into Knight's potential workload in Week 13. It is also worth noting that Knight appeared to be tending to a lower leg injury late in Sunday's loss, so he may pop back up on the injury report early in the upcoming practice week.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Cleared to play, unlike Benson

Knight (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports. An upgrade to full practice participation Friday makes Knight the clear favorite to lead a backfield that won't have Trey Benson (knee) or Emari Demercado (ankle). That said, Arizona's backfield roles have been highly variable and unpredictable, so it won't be too surprising if Michael Carter and/or Jermar Jefferson also get a large chunk of the workload.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Another limited showing

Knight (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports. In the wake of Emari Demercado (ankle) being ruled out for Week 12 and the Cardinals designating Trey Benson (knee) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Knight himself is dealing with a health concern this week that's capped his practice reps. Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not Knight enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Jaguars, but even if he's able to suit up, his eventual workload may be contingent on the team's decision regarding Benson, who will need to be activated from IR by Saturday afternoon to have a chance to play this weekend. Aside from Knight, Michael Carter represents the other running back on Arizona's active roster.

  • Cardinals' Zonovan Knight: RBs to Sit

Emari Demcercado (ankle) is out for the Cardinals in Week 12 against Jacksonville, but Trey Benson (knee) could be activated off injured reserve. If Benson plays, then it will be tough to trust Knight in the majority of leagues, but I'd be skeptical of Knight even if Benson remains out. While Knight has scored at least 9.4 PPR points in four of six games without Benson, including three rushing touchdowns, this is a tough matchup against the Jaguars, who are No. 6 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. Only two running backs have rushed for touchdowns against Jacksonville this season, and one since Week 5. Knight, if Benson remains out, is a flex option at best in the majority of leagues.

  • Cardinals' Zonovan Knight: Week 12 Adds (RB Preview)

Emari Demercado has a high ankle sprain, and Trey Benson, as of Tuesday, is still on Injured Reserve. That could mean that Knight and Michael Carter are the top two backs for Arizona in Week 12. Knight should be the leading rusher and should certainly be the goalline back. He also has four targets in three of his last four games. View him as a high-end flex this week.

  • Cardinals' Zonovan Knight: Week 12 Waiver Priority List

Trey Benson (knee) remains on injured reserve, and Emari Demercado (ankle) left Week 11 against San Francisco. We weren't sure Knight was going to play against the 49ers because he was dealing with an ankle injury prior to the game, but he was active and had five carries for 24 yards and a touchdown and four catches for 21 yards on four targets. He's now scored at least 9.4 PPR points in four of six games without Benson, and he should be considered a flex option heading into Week 12 against Jacksonville if Benson and Demercado are out. Knight is worth adding in all leagues for 5-10 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Active in Week 11

Knight (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Knight exited in the fourth quarter of last Sunday's loss at Seattle due to an ankle injury that left him limited on all three of the Cardinals' Week 11 practice reports. Adam Schefter of ESPN then reported Saturday evening that Knight was in line to play this weekend, which now will come to pass. Knight and Emari Demercado have split most of the touches afforded to the team's running backs over the last two games, with each earning 22 apiece. However, Demercado has been far more effective than Knight, out-producing him 182 to 80 in terms of yards from scrimmage during that span.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Listed as questionable

Knight (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. The Cardinals listed Knight as a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, following his early exit from a 44-22 loss to the Seahawks in Week 10. He worked as Arizona's lead rusher before the injury -- a reverse from Week 9 when Emari Demercado got 14 carries -- but Knight gained just 33 total yards on 11 touches before his fourth-quarter exit at Seattle. The lack of role consistency/certainty in Arizona's backfield will make Knight a shaky fantasy option even if he avoids the inactive list before a 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Another limited showing

Knight (ankle) practiced on a limited basis Thursday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports. Knight maintained his activity level from Wednesday's walkthrough, giving him just one more chance to practice in full this week, or else he'll be at risk of entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the 49ers. Over the last two games, Knight has split most of the backfield snaps with Emari Demercado, but he's been far less efficient with them, as evidenced by 22 touches for 80 yards from scrimmage (as opposed to Demercado's 182 total yards on the same number of touches).

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Limited at walkthrough

Knight (ankle) was a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports. Knight and Emari Demercado have been splitting the majority of the RB snaps since the Cardinals' Week 8 bye, with both players earning 22 touches over the last two games. Demercado has been far more effective with those reps, accruing 182 yards from scrimmage to Knight's 80 total yards. Knight exited this past Sunday's loss at Seattle with an ankle injury in the fourth quarter, and he likely will need to log a full session Thursday and/or Friday in order to avoid a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the 49ers.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Picks up ankle injury in Week 10

Knight sustained an ankle injury during Sunday's contest at Seattle. At the time he exited in the fourth quarter, Knight was pacing the Cardinals with 10 carries but accrued only 28 yards on those rushes. Plus, he had one catch (on four targets) for five yards and returned four kickoffs for 79 yards. Emari Demercado and Michael Carter are the remaining healthy running backs that are available on Arizona's active roster.

  • Cardinals' Zonovan Knight: RBs to Sit

This spot will be reserved for Knight, Emari Demarcado or Trey Benson (knee) if he's able to play in Week 10 after missing the past four games on injured reserve. I do not want to trust a Cardinals running back this week against the Seahawks, who have allowed only two guys this season to rush for more than 50 yards, which were Christian McCaffrey in Week 1 and Chris Rodriguez Jr. in Week 9. Seattle has allowed just three rushing touchdowns, and we could see a committee for the Cardinals that's likely to get messy, especially if Benson is active. At best, Benson would be a flex option in the majority of leagues, and I would consider Demercado a flex if Benson remains out. Knight is only worth a look as a flex option in the deepest of leagues.

  • Cardinals' Bam Knight: Gains 47 yards in 11 touches Monday

Knight rushed nine times for 27 yards and caught both of his targets for 20 yards in Monday's 27-17 win over Dallas. Knight watched teammate Emari Demercado (14-79-0) return from an ankle injury and reclaim the starter's workload out of Arizona's backfield. Head coach Jonathon Gannon stated that he would lean on the hotter hand Monday, and Demercado was that guy on Monday Night Football. Knight still handled a decent amount of touches, so he could retain value in deeper formats in a potential timeshare against the Seahawks on Sunday.
