    Rotowire
    Sims was waived by the Rams on Monday. Sims signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent this past offseason. He recorded 94 receptions for 948 yards and five touchdowns in over 30 games during his collegiate career at Bowling Green. The rookie was considered a long shot to make it through final cuts, but it remains to be seen if the team will offer him a spot on the practice squad.
