  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Paces pass catchers in playoff loss

Mims brought in four of six targets for 62 yards and returned three punts for eight yards in the Broncos' 10-7 loss to the Patriots in Sunday's AFC Championship Game. Mims and the Broncos looked like they were on the way to a productive afternoon when the speedster hauled in a 52-yard pass from Jarrett Stidham on Denver's second possession, setting up a touchdown pass to Courtland Sutton two plays later. Mims did continue to feature as a key part of the air attack the remainder of the day in the absence of Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant -- the latter exiting the game in the second quarter -- due to hamstring issues, but a second-half snowstorm significantly comprised both teams' offenses. Mims finished as the co-leader in receptions and targets while setting the pace in receiving yards, capping off a productive two-game postseason run that also saw him generate an 8-93-1 line in the divisional-round overtime victory against the Bills.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Critical TD grab in playoff win

Mims secured all eight targets for 93 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' 33-30 overtime divisional-round win over the Bills on Saturday. He also returned two kickoffs for 50 yards. Mims led the Broncos in receptions and receiving yards on the afternoon, while his impressive 26-yard over-the-shoulder touchdown grab with just under a minute remaining in regulation erased a 27-23 deficit. The third-year pro appeared to have injured his lower back on that play and remained down for a brief time afterward, but he was back on the field in overtime and drew a key 30-yard pass-interference penalty on Tre'Davious White that set up Wil Lutz's game-winning field goal. Mims figures to once again fill a key role in an AFC Championship Game matchup against either the Texans or Patriots on Sunday, Jan. 25, but he'll be catching passes from Jarrett Stidham after Bo Nix suffered a postseason-ending fractured ankle on the second-to-last play Saturday.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Disappointing season in 2025

Mims ended the 2025 regular season with 37 receptions on 51 targets for 322 yards and a touchdown, adding 12 rushes for 78 yards and a score across 15 games. He also scored one punt-return touchdown. Mims entered the year with high hopes to take a step forward in Denver's passing attack, yet the speedy wide receiver never became a significant part of the Broncos' offensive plans this season. The third-year wideout's 322 receiving yards marked a career low for the Oklahoma product. With teammate Courtland Sutton operating as the Broncos' unquestioned No. 1 receiver and both Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant emerging into prominent roles this season, Mims was left very few targets to have an impact offensively. Many of his looks came close to the line of scrimmage, with his limited downfield targets capping his overall upside. Mims is set to enter the final year of his rookie contract in 2026 before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2027. The 23-year-old will likely continue to struggle to produce consistently for fantasy purposes next season, especially with the development of the team's other young receivers within head coach Sean Payton's offense.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Minimal production in Week 17

Mims caught three of four targets for 10 yards in Thursday's 20-13 win over the Chiefs. Mims was unable to have much of an impact on the stat sheet despite seeing four targets against Kansas City. The 23-year-old wideout played 34 of the Broncos' 72 offensive snaps, behind Courtland Sutton (59) and Lil'Jordan Humphrey (43), but ahead of Troy Franklin (27) and Michael Bandy (7). The 2025 campaign has been an underwhelming one for Mims, who secured more than three catches in just three games this season. Through 14 games, the Oklahoma product has recorded just 35 receptions on 48 targets for 312 yards and a touchdown, adding 12 rushes for 78 yards and a score. The Broncos have not used him down the field much this season, capping his upside in Denver's aerial attack. Mims should not be trusted for fantasy purposes as the Broncos host the Chargers in Week 18.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Four touches in Week 16

Mims caught all three of his targets for 26 yards and rushed once for three yards in Sunday's 34-20 loss to the Jaguars. Mims continued to play a depth role in the Broncos' wide-receiver corps, playing 32 percent of Denver's offensive snaps in the contest. The Broncos' coaching staff makes it a point to get the ball in the third-year wideout's hands most games, but his opportunities are often in the short passing game and limit his ability to have impact performances each week. Mims has recorded multiple receptions in all but four games this season while also handling at least one carry in all but three contests. Despite his consistent involvement, the 23-year-old has recorded just 32 catches for 302 yards and a touchdown, adding 12 carries for 78 yards and a score. Heading into a Week 17 matchup against the Chiefs, the Oklahoma product cannot be trusted for meaningful fantasy production.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Back in action

Mims was dealing with a stinger but has returned to Sunday's matchup versus the Packers, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports. Mims is back in action after being banged up earlier in the game. The 23-year-old will resume his role as the team's punt returner and as a depth receiver.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Nursing stinger

Mims has a stinger and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Packers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Mims appears to have avoided being diagnosed with a concussion after leaving in the first half, but he's still dealing with a stinger that could keep him out for the rest of the game. Riley Moss will likely continue to serve as the Broncos' returner on punts for as long as Mims is sidelined.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Exits game Sunday

Mims (concussion) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup versus Green Bay, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports. Mims is currently being evaluated for a concussion, casting doubt on his status for the remainder of the game. If the 23-year-old ends up being unable to return, Riley Moss would likely fill in as the team's punt returner.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Scores 48-yard punt return TD

Mims caught his lone target for five yards and rushed once for two yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders. He also returned one punt for a 48-yard touchdown and recorded two kickoff returns for 39 yards. Mims was unable to have much of an impact on offense against the Raiders, playing just 27 percent of Denver's offense snaps. Instead, the 23-year-old wideout made a major contribution on special teams, scoring his first punt return touchdown of the season. With Mims having such a limited role in the Broncos' offense, however, the third-year receiver remains extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 15 matchup against the Packers.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Minimal production in Week 13

Mims caught both of his targets for eight yards and rushed once for nine yards in Sunday's 27-26 overtime win over the Commanders. Mims was unable to get much going with his three touches Sunday, as the 23-year-old wideout was not used downfield in Denver's passing attack. The third-year receiver played just 28 of the Broncos' 70 offensive snaps, operating behind Courtland Sutton (57), Pat Bryant (49) and Troy Franklin (37). Mims has played over 50 percent of snaps just twice this season and has not hit that snap share since Week 7. The Oklahoma product should not be trusted for fantasy purposes when the Broncos visit the Raiders in Week 14.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Another full practice

Mims (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Mims will need to gain full clearance from the concussion protocol, including from an independent neurologist, in order to be eligible to suit up for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Having begun Week 11 prep with back-to-back full practices is a sign that he's nearing a return to action, though. Mims has missed Denver's last two games due to a concussion suffered Week 8 versus Dallas.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Full participant in practice

Mims (concussion) was a full practice participant Wednesday. It's his first full practice since suffering a concussion in the Week 8 win over Dallas. Mims is trending in the right direction for Sunday's matchup with Kansas City, but he'll likely be a part-time player behind Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin, with Pat Bryant and Lil'Jordan Humphrey also competing for snaps/routes.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Won't play Thursday

Mims (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against Las Vegas. The Broncos listed Mims as a limited practice participant Tuesday and Wednesday, hinting at a degree of practice and potential return for Week 11 against Kansas City on Nov. 16. With Mims out for the past game and a half, Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant took on more snaps alongside Courtland Sutton. It'll likely be the same story Thursday night, with Trent Sherfield also having a role as the No. 4 receiver.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Sleeper WRs

Franklin just had three catches for 19 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets in Week 7 against the Giants. Mims has scored at least 15.8 PPR points in two of his past four games, and this passing attack has the chance to be dominant against Dallas at home in this matchup.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Doesn't practice Thursday

Mims (concussion) remained a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports reports. Mims will need to return to practice Friday to have any chance of clearing the NFL's five-step concussion protocol prior to Sunday's game against the Texans. If Mims sits out against Houston, Riley Moss could take over as Denver's punt returner, while more snaps would be available for Pat Bryant and Trent Sherfield at wide receiver behind Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Not practicing Wednesday

Mims (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports. Per Tomasson, Mims, who is in concussion protocol in the wake of this past Sunday's 44-24 win over the Cowboys, was able to work on a side field Wednesday. The wideout thus has two more chances to practice fully before Denver's Week 9 injury designations are posted. Through eight games thus far, Mims has been a hit-or-miss fantasy option, recording a 22/234/1 receiving line on 32 targets in that span.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: In concussion protocol after win

Mims is in concussion protocol following Sunday's 44-24 win over the Cowboys, Troy Renck of The Denver Post reports. Mims was injured late in the win over Dallas. Prior to getting hurt, the 2023 second-round pick didn't catch his only target and rushed three times for 18 yards. He also had three kickoff returns for 93 yards, two punt returns for 26 yards and drew a 32-yard defensive pass interference penalty. Mims will need to clear concussion protocol to have a chance to play in Week 9 against the Texans.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Gains 98 yards from scrimmage

Mims brought in six of seven targets for 85 yards and took his only carry for 13 yards in Sunday's 33-32 win over the Giants. Mims checked in as the Broncos' second-leading receiver in Sunday's comeback victory, finishing only behind Courtland Sutton's 6-87-0 receiving line. The 23-year-old Mims added 13 yards on his fourth rushing attempt of the season to finish as Denver's highest yardage producer. That said, Mims finished with two or fewer receptions in four out of his last five appearances, highlighting the playmaker's weekly volatility. Fantasy managers are hoping for one of Mims' "boom" games in a soft matchup against the Cowboys next Sunday.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Listed as limited again

Mims (hip/ankle) was limited at Thursday's practice. Mims also was deemed limited on Wednesday's practice estimate, so he'll have one more chance to practice fully ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles. He's coming off his most productive game of the season, having recorded six catches on as many targets for 69 yards and one carry for a 16-yard TD in Monday's 28-3 win over the Bengals.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Limited on practice estimate

Mims (hip/ankle) was listed as limited on Wednesday's practice estimate. Mims was a Saturday addition to the Broncos' Week 4 injury report with a hip injury, but he suited up for Monday night's 28-3 win over the Bengals and wound up with six catches on as many targets for 69 yards and one carry for a 16-yard TD. The wideout is now also managing an ankle issue and will have two more chances to practice fully leading up to Sunday's game against the Eagles.
