  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Goes off for 107 yards plus score

McConkey had four receptions on six targets for 107 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 25-10 win over the Steelers.

McConkey paced the Chargers with a season-high 107 yards receiving and his fourth touchdown reception on the year. The stellar sophomore nearly ripped off a second score when he scampered down the sidelines for a game-high 58-yard reception before being tracked down by Jalen Ramsey in the red zone. After a bit of a slow start to the campaign, McConkey has caught fire midseason en route to a 51-631-4 receiving line through 10 starts. Expect the elite slot receiver to remain a featured cog on offense against the Jaguars next Sunday.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Seven targets in win

McConkey recorded four receptions on seven targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Titans.

The Chargers didn't hold as comfortable a lead as expected in the game, but they were still very run-heavy in the second half. Between the game plan and a relatively flat distribution of targets, McConkey turned in a modest performance and his lowest yardage total since Week 5. While it was underwhelming production, McConkey still led the team in targets. He should be able to bounce back in Week 10 against Pittsburgh.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Cleared for Sunday's game

McConkey (calf) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans after being listed as a full participant on Friday's practice estimate.

McConkey was limited Wednesday and Thursday, but his full listing in Friday's walkthrough sets the stage for the wideout to be available this weekend. In the Chargers' 37-10 win over the Vikings in Week 8, McConkey caught six of his team-high 10 targets for 88 yards and a TD, which upped his receiving line through eight games to 43-468-3 on 68 targets, a pace that keeps the 2024 second-rounder firmly on the weekly fantasy lineup radar.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Logs another limited practice Thursday

McConkey (calf) remained limited at practice Thursday.

McConkey also was limited Wednesday, so the wideout has one more chance to upgrade to full participation before the Chargers assign injury designations for Sunday's game against the Titans. In his team's 37-10 win over the Vikings in Week 8, McConkey caught six of a team-high 10 targets for 88 yards and a TD.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Limited by calf injury

McConkey (calf) was limited at practice Wednesday.

While recording a 58 percent snap share in the Chargers' Week 8 win over the Vikings, McConkey caught six of a team-high 10 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown. The wideout has put up a 43-468-3 receiving line in eight contests to date and now has two more chances to upgrade his participation level in advance of Sunday's game against the Titans.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Logs TD grab in win

McConkey secured six of 10 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers' 37-10 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.

McConkey paced the Chargers across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night, and his 27-yard, in-stride touchdown reception just before halftime served as his third scoring grab of the season. After a lackluster four-game stretch between Weeks 2 and 5, McConkey has come alive with a combined 22-255-2 line on 34 targets over the last three contests. The second-year wideout has a good chance of carrying over his momentum into Week 9, as a road date with the vulnerable Titans defense is on tap Sunday, Nov. 2.

  • Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Season-high nine grabs Sunday

McConkey caught nine of 15 targets for 67 yards in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Colts.

The second-year wideout set new season highs in targets and receptions, although the increased volume didn't result in increased production -- McConkey finished third on the Chargers in receiving yards behind rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden (7-164-1 on nine targets) and Keenan Allen (11-119-1 on 14 targets), while Quentin Johnston was on the other end of Justin Herbert's third TD. It's been a disappointing sophomore campaign so far for McConkey, but he's posted a 21-206-2 line on 31 targets over the last three games, giving him momentum heading into a Week 8 clash with a Vikings secondary that just surrendered a combined 13-304-3 line to A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
