Shore was loaned to AHL Iowa on Tuesday. Shore has contributed one assist, 13 shots on goal, eight blocked shots and 19 hits across 16 NHL outings this season. He has two goals and 10 points in 14 AHL appearances during the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Wild's Devin Shore: Earns first point with team

Shore registered an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 4-3 win over the Blackhawks. The helper was Shore's first point as a member of the Wild. He's added 13 shots on net, 19 hits and an even plus-minus rating while filling a bottom-six role. The 30-year-old forward cleared waivers last week, so he may be heading to AHL Iowa once the Wild get healthier up front -- Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) and Jakub Lauko (lower body) are currently on injured reserve.

Shore was recalled from AHL Iowa on Friday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports. Shore was waived Wednesday, sent to the minors Thursday, and he'll now rejoin the NHL club ahead of Friday's game against Utah. Shore has yet to pick up a point across 13 NHL appearances this season. He will likely replace Yakov Trenin, who was placed on injured reserve due to an upper-body injury Thursday.

  • Wild's Devin Shore: Sent to minors

Shore was assigned to AHL Iowa on Thursday. Shore was waived by the Wild on Wednesday but remained with the team after clearing waivers since Yakov Trenin (upper body) remained sidelined. Shore hasn't made a significant impact for Minnesota this year, logging 18 hits and seven blocked shots while averaging 8:11 of ice time. Trenin was placed on injured reserve Thursday, but it's possible that the Wild call up another forward to fill in during his ongoing absence.

Shore will stay with Minnesota after clearing waivers Tuesday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports. Shore could be in the lineup for Wednesday's game against Florida if Yakov Trenin (upper body) is unavailable. The 30-year-old Shore hasn't earned a point in 12 NHL appearances while collecting 10 shots on goal, seven blocked shots and 17 hits.

  • Wild's Devin Shore: Hits waivers

Shore was placed on waivers Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports. Shore has split time between the NHL and AHL this season. He hasn't earned a point in 12 appearances with the big club but has two goals and eight assists in 14 outings at the minor-league level.

  • Wild's Devin Shore: Called up Sunday

Shore was recalled from AHL Iowa on Sunday, per Michael Russo of The Athletic. Shore has yet to make an NHL appearance this season. The Ontario native chipped in one goal and three assists over 21 regular-season games with the Kraken in 2023-24. Shore was recalled alongside Ben Jones, so one of the forwards could draw into the lineup Tuesday against the Blues if Joel Eriksson Ek isn't ready to return from a lower-body injury.

  • Wild's Devin Shore: Agrees to two-way deal

Shore signed a one-year, two-way contract with Minnesota on Monday. Shore has played in 443 NHL games over the course of his nine-year NHL career, so he should at least get a look during training camp. Still, the fact that the Wild weren't willing to offer the 29-year-old center a one-way contract should be telling regarding their plans for him. Even when he has played in the NHL, Shore's usage has been minimal -- he's logged less than 10 minutes per game in each of the last three seasons.

  • Kraken's Devin Shore: Scoreless in Steel City

Shore was scoreless in Monday's 3-0 road loss against the Penguins. Shore ended up with a minus-1 rating and one blocked shot in 8:03 of ice time while winning two of his three faceoff opportunities. The 29-year-old journeyman hasn't scored a goal since his second game of the season Oct. 26, although he has managed two assists and a plus-6 rating in his past six games. Still, his fantasy appeal is limited to the very deepest of pools.

  • Kraken's Devin Shore: Puts up assist

Shore notched an assist in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Kings. Shore has a helper in each of the last two contests, accounting for all of his offense over six games since he was recalled from AHL Coachella Valley. The 29-year-old has maintained a spot on the Kraken's fourth line. He may be at risk of being sent down once Jordan Eberle (lower body) returns to the lineup, as the Kraken traded for Tomas Tatar on Friday, crowding the forward group. Shore has four points, 10 shots on net, 13 hits and a plus-3 rating over 15 NHL appearances this season.

  • Kraken's Devin Shore: Gathers helper in win

Shore logged an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 7-1 win over the Blackhawks. This was Shore's third point of the season and his first in five games since his most recent recall from AHL Coachella Valley. The Kraken spent much of November rotating call-ups through the fourth line spots, but Shore has shown the most staying power there this campaign. He's at three points, 10 shots on net, 13 hits and a plus-2 rating over 14 appearances. Fantasy managers shouldn't turn to the 29-year-old, as his limited role is unlikely to be useful in the virtual game.
