  • Canadiens' Alexander Zharovsky: Reaches 40-point mark Sunday

Zharovsky scored a goal and added an assist in Salavat Yulaev Ufa's 5-3 win over the Shanghai Dragons on Sunday in the KHL. With the effort, Zharovsky earned a 40-point campaign (15 goals, 25 assists) in 57 appearances. It's been a breakout year for the 19-year-old winger, who is among the better NHL-affiliated prospects currently in the KHL. Ufa will be in the playoffs, so he'll have a chance to keep contributing for a few more weeks.

  • Canadiens' Alexander Zharovsky: Keeps rolling in KHL

Zharovsky registered two assists in Salavat Yulaev Ufa's 5-2 loss to Avangard Omsk on Tuesday. Zharovsky has been one of the steadiest NHL-affiliated prospects in the KHL this season. He's up to 13 goals and 22 helpers over 40 appearances this season, while adding 89 shots on net and a plus-6 rating. The Canadiens prospect is still a few years away from being a factor in North America, but his progress so far as a KHL rookie is encouraging.

  • Canadiens' Alexander Zharovsky: Reaches 10-goal, 25-point marks

Zharovsky scored a goal in Salavat Yulaev Ufa's 4-2 loss to Amur Khabarovsk in the KHL on Tuesday. With the goal, Zharovsky is at 10 goals and 25 points in 30 appearances. The 18-year-old winger has made himself a big part of Ufa's offense, earning five of his goals on the power play. It'll still be a while before he reaches the NHL, as he is under contract through the end of 2026-27 with Salavat Yulaev.

  • Canadiens' Alexander Zharovsky: Three-point game Wednesday

Zharovsky scored a goal and added two assists in Salavat Yulaev Ufa's 6-1 win over Admiral Vladivostok in the KHL on Wednesday. Zharovsky is up to five goals and seven assists over 12 appearances this season, with eight of the points coming over his last five outings. The winger has been streaky, but it's been encouraging to see him picking up the pace offensively as he continues his development in his native Russia.

  • Canadiens' Alexander Zharovsky: Two points in KHL loss

Zharovsky scored a goal and added an assist in Salavat Yulaev Ufa's 6-4 loss to Metallurg Magnitogorsk in KHL action Thursday. Zharovsky has hit the ground running in the KHL, racking up six points over seven contests this season. It's his first taste of regular-season action in the top Russian league after joining Salavat Yulaev's main roster for seven playoff games last year, in which he had one assist. Zharovsky was selected 34th overall by the Canadiens in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft, and he's under contract in the KHL through the 2026-27 season, so it'll likely be a few years before he's an NHL option.
