Josh Bell DH | MIN
Guardians' Josh Bell: Out of Sunday's lineup
Bell is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.
Bell has a .624 OPS through 21 games in June and will take a seat Sunday against Milwaukee righty Corbin Burnes. Jose Ramirez is resting his legs as the designated hitter while Tyler Freeman starts at third base.

Ryan Noda 1B | BAL
Athletics' Ryan Noda: Not in Sunday's lineup
Noda is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.
Noda started the past 25 games and will receive a day off after he posted an .800 OPS during that span. Carlos Perez is starting at first base and batting second Sunday.

Triston Casas 1B | BOS
Red Sox's Triston Casas: Eventful day in loss
Casas went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the White Sox.
Casas gave the Red Sox a brief 3-2 lead in the top of the sixth inning when he homered off a tiring Lance Lynn's 99th pitch. He later couldn't make a clean play in the ninth -- a 102.9 mph ground ball from Gavin Sheets -- that resulted in Chicago's winning run. The play was initially ruled an error but changed to a single following the game. It took a tough hop, but both he and manager Alex Cora acknowledged it's a play he should have made, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports. Casas entered the game with a negative-6 defensive runs saved entering Saturday, and earlier this month, Cora talked about a need for the first baseman to be better in the field. The miscue is unlikely to cost Casas his regular role in the lineup, but the Red Sox called up Bobby Dalbec this week, and he could give Casas an occasional break.

Alex Kirilloff LF | MIN
Twins' Alex Kirilloff: Out of Sunday's lineup
Kirilloff is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.
Kirilloff has a .567 OPS through 66 at-bats in June and will take a seat Sunday for the second time in Minnesota's past three games. Donovan Solano will step in at first base and bat second.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 1B | TOR
Blue Jays' Vladimir Guerrero: Crushes 11th homer
Guerrero went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 7-3 win over the A's.
One day after launching his first long ball of the season at the Rogers Centre, Guerrero did it again by belting an Austin Pruitt curveball to straightaway center field in the sixth inning, emphatically ending his mysterious home power outage. Guerrero is slashing .272/.366/.432 through 22 games in June with three of his 11 homers and 13 of his 48 RBI on the year, numbers that would be impressive for lesser hitters but which represent something of a disappointing month for the 24-year-old.

Luke Raley RF | SEA
Rays' Luke Raley: One knock in return
Raley went 1-for-4 with an RBI on Saturday against the Royals.
Raley returned from a one-game absence caused by a hand injury. He delivered an RBI single in his second plate appearance and now has at least one hit in 13 of his last 14 games, during which he's hit .353 with seven RBI and 13 runs scored. Raley has an excellent 159 wRC+ across 197 plate appearances for the season, which has helped him maintain a large-side platoon role with the Rays.

Andrew Vaughn 1B | MIL
White Sox's Andrew Vaughn: Tapping into power
Vaughn went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Saturday against the Red Sox.
Vaughn extended his hitting streak to five games when he tallied his 12th home run of the campaign in the sixth inning. After struggling to tap into power for the first couple of months of the season, Vaughn now has four homers in his last 13 starts. While that pace certainly won't keep up, he has a career-best .445 slugging percentage and .203 ISO across 318 plate appearances for the season.

Kevin Padlo 1B | LAD
Angels' Kevin Padlo: Removed from 40-man roster
Padlo was designated for assignment by the Angels on Saturday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Padlo is removed from both the 40-man and 26-man active rosters to make room for Mike Moustakas with the latter joining the Angels in a trade after Saturday's rout of the Rockies. Padlo will now hit the waiver wire, and if he goes unclaimed he'll likely report back to Triple-A Sat Lake to provide organizational depth.
-
Jonathan Singleton DH | HOU
Astros' Jon Singleton: Back with Astros
Singleton signed a minor-league contract with the Astros on Saturday, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.
Singleton's less-than-stellar .103/.188/.138 slash line through 11 games with Milwaukee prompted the Brewers to designate him for assignment June 17. Now, Singleton will rejoin the Astros -- the same team he debuted with in 2014 -- and provide organizational depth at first base. Barring injuries, Singleton's chances to return to the majors this season are low.

Luke Raley RF | SEA
Rays' Luke Raley: Back in action
Raley (hand) is hitting third and starting in left field Saturday against the Royals, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Raley was held out of Friday's game after injuring his hand Thursday. However, his absence will be limited to one game and his return will push Manuel Margot back to the bench.
