Angels' Kole Calhoun: On bench Tuesday
Calhoun is not in the lineup Tuesday against Boston.
Calhoun has started to turn things around in seven games since returning from an oblique injury, hitting .318/.375/.636 after hitting .145/.195/.179 over the first two months of the season. He'll sit against the left-handed David Price, with Michael Hermosillo starting in his place in right field.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Reaches base three times in loss
Olson went 2-for-3 with a walk and a run in a loss to the White Sox on Sunday.
The White Sox will be glad to be rid of Olson, who went 6-for-18 with two home runs, three RBI and five runs over the four-game series. The young slugger has hit safely in six straight games overall, raising his average 14 points to .246 in the process.

Yuli Gurriel DH | SD
Astros' Yulieski Gurriel: Swats first grand slam
Gurriel went 3-for-5 with two doubles and a grand slam in Sunday's 11-3 win over the Royals.
Gurriel fueled a second-inning onslaught, doubling to lead off the frame before hitting his first grand slam of the season to finish off an eight-run explosion. This marks the second consecutive game with a homer for Gurriel, who is hitting a robust .342 for the month of June.

C.J. Cron 1B | BOS
Rays' C.J. Cron: Day off Sunday
Cron is not in the lineup Sunday against the Yankees.
Cron has just two hits in his last 10 games. He's been generally adequate in his first taste of a full-time role, hitting .235/.311/.448 with 16 homers in 72 games. That home run total already matches his career high. Matt Duffy will be the Rays' designated hitter Sunday.

Yuli Gurriel DH | SD
Astros' Yulieski Gurriel: Hits third homer
Gurriel went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's win over the Royals.
The long ball, a fourth-inning shot off Ian Kennedy, was just Gurriel's third of the season. He's still slugging only .405 after the homer, but what Gurriel lacks in terms of power he makes up for to a large extent with excellent bat-to-ball skills (10.7 percent strikeout rate). He's now batting an even .300 for the season.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Homers and scores twice in win
Olson went 1-for-3 with a solo homer, a walk and a pair of runs in a win over the White Sox on Saturday.
Olson gave the Athletics a one-run lead with a sixth-inning shot off Chris Volstad, his 17th homer of the season. The homers have been enough to make Olson a valuable fantasy asset despite a mediocre .241 batting average.

Athletics' Matt Olson: Homers, drives in two Friday
Olson went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBI in the second game of Friday's doubleheader against the White Sox.
Olson hit an RBI single in the first inning and later clubbed a solo homer -- his 16th of the year -- in the sixth inning. The 24-year-old has registered a hit in four consecutive games and has gone deep in two of the last three. Olson is now hitting .240/.320/.458 with 12 doubles, 39 RBI and 39 runs.

Kole Calhoun 1B | CLE
Angels' Kole Calhoun: Delivers homer and stolen base
Calhoun went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, two runs scored and a stolen base Thursday against the Blue Jays.
Calhoun took John Axford deep in the fourth inning for his third home run of the season. While he did not show any ability at the plate earlier this season, Calhoun has now homered in consecutive games. He also stole his fourth base of the season, a surprising development given that his career high in a season is five.

Alex Kirilloff LF | MIN
Twins' Alex Kirilloff: Promoted to High-A
Kirilloff was promoted to High-A Fort Myers on Wednesday, Jeff Johnson of TheGazette.com reports.
The 20-year-old corner outfielder made up for lost time (he missed all of 2017 due to Tommy John surgery) with Low-A Cedar Rapids, hitting .333/.391/.607 with 13 home runs (.274 ISO) and an outstanding 47:24 K:BB in 281 plate appearances. His stock in dynasty leagues is way up, as he is displaying the potential for a plus hit tool and at least plus game power.

Athletics' Matt Olson: Solo home run in win
Olson went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, three runs scored, a walk and a strikeout in Wednesday's win over the Padres.
Olson blasted a solo shot in the third inning -- his 15th of the season -- as one of five Oakland home runs in the 12-4 win. The 24-year-old is mired in a 5-for-40 (.125) slump even with Wednesday's two-hit outing, dropping his slash line on the year to .237/.320/.451.
