Burger (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Jacksonville on Wednesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Burger has been upping his workouts and is ready to play in some games now. The infielder has been on the shelf for the last two weeks with a left intercostal strain. Burger shouldn't need too many rehab games before rejoining the Marlins' active roster.

The Rockies returned Toglia to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.

Toglia was up as the 27th man for the Rockies' two-game series over the weekend in Mexico City versus the Astros but didn't see any action. He's slashed just .106/.143/.362 across 49 big-league plate appearances this season.

Encarnacion-Strand (hand) was available off the bench for Monday's 5-2 win over the Padres, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Encarnacion-Strand, who sat out a second consecutive game, underwent a precautionary MRI on Monday. The results of the imaging were not yet known at game time, but manager David Bell considered the first baseman available if needed.

Alonso went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's loss to the Cardinals.

His blast in the fifth inning off Sonny Gray capped the scoring for the Mets in an eventual 7-4 loss. It was Alonso's 200th career homer, putting him in very select company -- only Darryl Strawberry, David Wright and Mike Piazza have also reached that milestone in a Mets uniform. Alonso has played in every game this season for New York, slashing .248/.336/.505 over 27 contests with eight home runs, 14 RBI and 20 runs scored.

Olson hasn't hit a home run in 18 straight games, slashing .167/.291/.242 over that stretch with three doubles, one triple and seven RBI, but he remains among the league leaders in key hitting metrics, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Despite the first baseman's lack of production in April, Olson sits in the 97th percentile in hard-hit rate and average exit velocity on the season, numbers comparable to what he posted during his career-best 2023 campaign. It seems only a matter of time before the 30-year-old gets dialed in and begins racking up hits and homers.

Cronenworth went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a double in Sunday's loss to the Phillies.

Cronenworth doubled his first time up and then would briefly put the Padres in front with a two-run shot to right off Taijuan Walker in the third. The 30-year-old has found his bat lately with seven hits and five RBI over his last five games. For the year, he's now slashing .264/.344/.453 with four homers, 19 RBI, 14 runs and a 12:19 BB:K in 122 plate appearances.

Walker went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Mariners.

Walker got things started with a solo blast off Logan Gilbert in the second inning to knot the game up at 1-1. He later doubled in the fourth but was left stranded. The 33-year-old slugger has notched at least a hit in five straight games while homering twice and racking up five RBI over that span. For the year, he's slashing .271/.383/.439 with five homers, 18 RBI, 21 runs and an 18:31 BB:K in 128 plate appearances.

Freeman went 1-for-3 with a solo home run during Sunday's 3-1 loss to Toronto.

Freeman homered for the second time all season -- and hit his first long ball since March 28 -- while extending his hit streak to eight games. He's logged at least one RBI in seven of those contests (11 total) with a .444 batting average.
