Freeman went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and strikeout in a 5-3 loss to the Dodgers on Monday.
Freeman went back-to-back with Jorge Soler in the sixth to get his team on the board and provide one of three Atlanta home runs in the game. The home run is Freeman's fifth of August as he's now slashing a superb .323/.374/.525 this month.

Goldschmidt went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in Monday's 3-1 win over Cincinnati.
Goldschmidt launched a two-run homer off Luis Castillo in the first inning to get the Cardinals going. The veteran slugger is enjoying a terrific August, going 36-for-103 (.350) with 15 extra-base hits and 24 RBI in 26 games. He's up to 79 RBI with 51 extra-base hits and an .833 OPS through 554 plate appearances this season.

Yankees' Luke Voit: Not starting Monday
Voit is out of the lineup Monday against the Angels.
Voit started the past three games and will take a seat after going 2-for-11 with a solo homer and six strikeouts in that stretch. Giancarlo Stanton will serve as the designated hitter while Brett Gardner joins the outfield mix Monday.

Orioles' Ryan Mountcastle: Productive in loss
Mountcastle went 4-for-5 with a solo home run and three total runs scored in Sunday's 12-8 loss to Tampa Bay.
The first baseman had an impressive showing after going 0-for-7 across the first two games versus the Rays in the weekend series. Mountcastle has homered seven times in 17 games in August, giving him 24 for the year. He's added a ,349/.386/.762 slash line this month with 14 RBI and 13 runs scored.

Brewers' Rowdy Tellez: Drives in three runs
Tellez went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Twins.
Tellez extended the Brewers' lead to four runs with a 454-foot blast to center field in the third inning. It was his first home run in over two weeks as he's now up to 11 on the year. The 26-year-old is slashing .239/.304/.408 with 20 extra-base hits, 31 RBI, 29 runs scored and 20:55 BB:K over 280 plate appearances.

Giants' LaMonte Wade: Picks up fifth steal
Wade went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Sunday's 9-0 loss to Atlanta.
San Francisco couldn't get much going Sunday, with Wade the only batter to record multiple hits or an extra-base hit in the contest. He's now stolen a base in consecutive contests, and he has five thefts for the year. The 27-year-old is slashing .249/.317/.514 with 17 home runs, 43 RBI, 38 runs scored and 10 doubles in 273 plate appearances.

Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec: Crushes solo shot
Dalbec went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 7-5 loss to Cleveland.
The first baseman has made the most of his playing time lately, going 6-for-11 with three home runs, eight RBI and four runs scored across his last four games. Dalbec is slashing .237/.292/.462 with 17 homers, 60 RBI, 38 runs scored and a stolen base through 360 plate appearances. He's on the short side of a platoon with Travis Shaw at first base, and while he started at third base Friday, there's little chance Dalbec unseats Rafael Devers from a regular role at the hot corner.

Rockies' C.J. Cron: On base three times
Cron went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and a walk in a 5-0 shutout of the Dodgers on Sunday.
Cron opened the scoring on the afternoon with a three-run shot to left off Los Angeles starter Mitch White in the first inning, walked in the seventh and singled in the ninth to reach base three times for the second time in the last six contests. The long ball was his 24th of the year, leaving him one short of his 2019 total and keeping him within striking distance of the career-high 30 round trippers he belted in 2018.

Nationals' Josh Bell: Swats two homers in loss
Bell went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Sunday's 9-4 loss to the Mets.
The first baseman took Mets starter Tylor Megill deep for a two-run blast in the fourth inning, then followed up with a solo shot off Jeurys Familia in the eighth. Bell has gone deep six times in 24 games in August while batting .256 (22-for-86). For the year, he's slashing .250/.314/.477 with 23 long balls, 73 RBI, 59 runs scored and 16 doubles in 423 plate appearances.

Washington pitchers found a way to stymie the first baseman for two games, ending his 11-game hitting streak. Alonso bounced back with a vengeance in a productive Sunday afternoon contest. The 26-year-old bumped his slash line back up to .262/.343/.503 with 29 home runs, 76 RBI, 64 runs scored and three stolen bases through 498 plate appearances.
