Padlo (undisclosed) is just 3-for-16 (.188) since returning from the disabled list with High-A Charlotte on July 12.

Granted, he is 3-for-6 with a home run over the past two games, but the fifth-round draft pick (2014) continues to struggle at the plate as he moves up the Rays' organization. Padlo's eye at the plate is solid (14.9 percent walk rate) and the power is there, but there's plenty of swing and miss in his game, which could hinder his advancement up the organizational ladder.

Walker, 26, is hitting .307 and maintains a .964 OPS across 403 plate appearances with Triple-A Reno this season.

Walker has been one of the top performers in all of the minors this season, with his 89 RBI and 22 home runs ranking first and third, respectively, across all leagues. However, with the Pacific Coast League skewing very hitter friendly and Walker in the midst of his fourth straight season at Triple-A, his overwhelming statistics do little to change his standing as a non-prospect. The Diamondbacks seemingly validated that thinking this past spring, when they removed Walker from the 40-man roster and outrighted him to Reno after he went unclaimed off waivers.

Cooper went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and a run Monday in Minnesota.

Cooper got the nerves out of the way by getting his first big-league hit with a double Sunday in Boston, and he kept it going in this one. Hitter-friendly park or not, Cooper displayed serious ability at the plate with a .366/.428/.652 line at the Triple-A level in the Brewers organization before getting traded to New York. With Greg Bird (ankle) scheduled to undergo surgery Tuesday and projected to miss six weeks, Cooper could earn everyday at-bats at first base if he continues to swing well.

Rizzo went 2-for-4 with a solo home run during Monday's win over Atlanta.

The first baseman has now homered in three consecutive games and sports a .260/.383/.522 slash line with 23 bombs, 60 RBI and 56 runs for the season. He could be in the beginning stages of a huge second half, and it's further encouraging that the Cubs have won four straight games coming out of the All-Star break.

Bour went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run during Monday's win over Philadelphia.

The slugger continues to provide high-end power numbers for fantasy owners and is also in the midst of a breakout campaign. Bour is up to 21 bombs, 62 RBI and 37 runs with a .286/.364/.558 slash line, and he's positioned to continue producing solid numbers hitting in the heart of Miami's lineup.

Santana is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants, Paul Hoynes of Cleveland.com reports.

Santana has been a mainstay in the Indians' lineup this season, but he'll find himself on the bench as the Indians go without a designated hitter in their interleague matchup with the Giants. Edwin Encarnacion will take over at first base.

White was placed on the 7-day disabled list at short-season Everett on Monday due to a strained quadriceps, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

White, the Mariners' top overall selection in the first-year player draft in June, was hitting .277/.345/.532 through his first 14 games as a professional. The severity of the injury isn't known, but it's not expected to significantly delay White's matriculation through the Mariners' farm system.

Joseph is not in the lineup Monday against the Marlins.

Joseph had five strikeouts and just one hit during the Phillies' weekend series in Milwaukee, so he'll head to the bench for a night off. Brock Stassi will man first base in his place.

Goldschmidt went 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Braves.

The Diamondbacks' usually potent attack was limited to just nine runs during Atlanta's three-game series sweep, but it was through no fault of Goldschmidt, who went 5-for-13 with a home run and four RBI during that stretch. The All-Star is riding a season-long nine-game hitting streak and should remain a high-end fantasy producer even while the bats surrounding him in the order are slumping.

Rizzo also homered Saturday and now sports a solid .257/.380/.514 slash line with 22 bombs, 59 RBI and 55 runs. He's well on his way to his fourth consecutive 30-homer campaign, and statistical improvement to his .238 BABIP is probably ahead.
