Arauz (undisclosed) isn't starting Monday's game against the Rays, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.

Arauz was removed from Sunday's game against Cleveland with an apparent injury, but he'll be available off the bench if needed Monday, Browne reports. Yairo Munoz will take his place at the keystone and bat ninth.

Ibanez (hamstring) isn't starting Monday's game against the Rockies.

Ibanez exited Saturday's game against the Astros with left hamstring tightness and underwent testing Sunday. While the results of his tests aren't yet clear, he'll be out of the lineup for a second consecutive contest. Nick Solak will start at the keystone and bat sixth.

Lopez went 3-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's 4-3 loss to Seattle.

The shortstop finished the four-game series in Seattle at 10-for-17 with two RBI and four runs scored. All 10 of Lopez's hits in the series were singles, as he continues to make light but efficient contact from the No. 2 hole in the order. He raised his slash line to .292/.361/.362 with Sunday's third consecutive three-hit effort.

Kemp went 2-for-2 with a two-run home run in a 3-1 victory over the Yankees on Sunday.

Kemp began Sunday's game on the bench and entered for Chad Pinder in the seventh, singling in his first at-bat and connecting on a Chad Green offering in the eighth to put Oakland ahead for good. The utility man enjoyed a successful weekend series against New York, recording three multi-hit games to go a combined 6-for-8 with a double and Sunday's homer.

Arauz exited Sunday's game against Cleveland with an apparent injury during the fourth inning, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

Arauz suffered the injury while striking out with the bases loaded to the end the fourth inning, and he was replaced in the field for the bottom half of the frame. The Red Sox are already depleted at second bae with Enrique Hernandez (COVID-19) and Christian Arroyo (COVID-19) sidelined, leaving Yairo Munoz to take over at the keystone.

Torres (thumb) is expected to be reinstated from the 10-day injured list Friday, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.

Torres will appear in rehab games Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he's slated to rejoin the major-league club ahead of Friday's series opener against the Orioles. The 24-year-old suffered a sprained left thumb Aug. 8 but is slated to return to action after missing just under a month.

Kemp is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

After filling in for Elvis Andrus (arm) in the infield during Saturday's 3-2 win, Kemp will take a seat with Andrus checking back into the lineup for the series finale. Look for lefty-hitting Kemp to see the majority of his playing time in right field for the next week, where he could fill the large side of a platoon with the righty-hitting Chad Pinder while Seth Brown (illness) is on the COVID-19 injured list. Pinder will get the starting nod Sunday with southpaw Jordan Montgomery on the hill for the Yankees.

Andrus (arm) will start at shortstop and bat ninth Sunday against the Yankees, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Andrus missed Saturday's 3-2 win while recovering from a stinger in his left arm, but the veteran shortstop looks to be good to go for the series finale. Josh Harrison will shift over to second base to clear a spot in the lineup for Andrus, who is hitting .209 with one home run and three stolen bases this month.

Kemp went 2-for-3 with an RBI single and a double in a win over the Yankees on Saturday.

After operating out of the leadoff spot Saturday, Kemp was bumped down to the opposite end of the lineup while Josh Harrison got a crack at the top of the order. Kemp proceeded to generate the only multi-hit effort of the contest for Oakland, his second consecutive such tally. The veteran owns a serviceable .257 average on the season, but his .372 on-base percentage is elite.

Andrus' absence from the lineup Saturday was due to a stinger he suffered on his left arm during a check-swing in the ninth inning of Friday's game, the Associated Press reports.

Manager Bob Melvin noted that Andrus "will probably be in there tomorrow" in reference to Sunday's series finale against the Yankees. The veteran shortstop is sitting on a brief three-game hitting streak that comes in the wake of a 3-for-23 stretch over the previous eight contests.
