Miller went 1-for-4 with two runs scored in Monday's 6-5 win over Detroit.

Miller has played in both games since he was called up. The 24-year-old batted seventh and played third base Monday. He's expected to fill a utility role while Franmil Reyes (oblique) is sidelined into July. Miller has struck out five times in nine plate appearances so far -- something he'll need to cut back on to stick in the lineup.

Rosario went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 6-5 win over Detroit.

The shortstop led off the sixth inning with a single and stole second base before coming around to score on a Harold Ramirez single. Rosario could be in line for near-everyday at-bats since Andres Gimenez was sent down to Triple-A Columbus last week. The 22-year-old Rosario has slashed .248/.309/.372 with two home runs, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored and four stolen bases in 40 games this season.

Polanco (right ankle) appeared as a pinch runner and played second base in Monday's win over Baltimore. "We prefer him to feel nothing, but I think he's going to be OK to play going forward," manager Rocco Baldelli told, MLB.com.

Polanco did not start for a fourth consecutive game due to a sore ankle, which is concerning given that he's had ankle injuries the past two seasons. Last season, he played with a bone spur and a small bone chip in his right ankle which ultimately required offseason surgery. However, it's promising that he was able to appear as a pinch runner, as it doesn't seem likely the Twins would employ him that way if the ankle was a major concern.

Semien went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Monday's loss to the Rays.

Semien belted his 12th home run of the season in the bottom of the 10th inning, a two-run shot to tie the game at seven. The 30-year-old continues to have an impressive month of May at the plate, hitting .359 with seven homers, 20 RBI and two stolen bases through 22 games.

Haggerty was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday due to right shoulder inflammation.

It's unclear as to when the shoulder issue surfaced, but he'll need to spend at least the next 10 days on the injured list following this move. Ty France (wrist) was activated from the IL in a corresponding move.

Polanco (ankle) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Orioles, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Polanco will be on the bench for a fourth consecutive game due to right ankle soreness. Andrelton Simmons will start at shortstop while Nick Gordon takes over at second base.

Arraez went 1-for-5 with two runs and two strikeouts in Sunday's series finale against Cleveland. Nick Gordon will start at second base and bat ninth.

Torres went 3-for-4 with two RBI in Sunday's 5-4 win over the White Sox.

The shortstop put New York up early with a two-run single in the first inning. He added two more hits the rest of the way and now has four multi-hit performances over his past five games. During that stretch, Torres is batting .611 (11-for-18) with a home run, a double, a stolen base and eight RBI.

Kemp went 2-for-4 with a triple and a run in a loss to the Angels on Sunday. He was also caught stealing on his only attempt.

Kemp operated out of the top of the order for the first time this season and generated his second multi-hit effort in the last three contests. The veteran has shown a propensity for hard contact during that small sample, recording a double, Sunday's triple and a solo home run, with the latter two qualifying as his first of the year in those respective categories. While he doesn't possess a true everyday role at present, Kemp's .392 on-base percentage and three steals in four attempts are a big part of what affords him some fantasy value in AL-only formats and deep mixed leagues, and his recent modest flurry of extra-base hits would certainly boost it even further if it persisted over a longer sample.

Chavis was optioned to Triple-A Worcester on Monday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Chavis had been up since early May and hit well enough in a part-time role, recording a .758 OPS in 33 trips to the plate. His 0:13 BB:K told a very different story, however. He'll get regular at-bats at the Triple-A level, with Christian Arroyo (hand) expected to return from the injured list to take his big-league bench role.
