Jeff McNeil 2B | ATH
Mets' Jeff McNeil: Returns from injured list
McNeil (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
McNeil spent just slightly longer than the minimum 10 days on the injured list with a hamstring strain. With Robinson Cano (quadriceps) still out, McNeil lines up as the starting second baseman for now, but he may shift back out to left field once Cano is reinstated from the injured list.

Amed Rosario SS | NYY
Mets' Amed Rosario: Bangs out three hits
Rosario went 3-for-4 in Sunday's loss to the Diamondbacks.
The shortstop did a great job setting the table from the leadoff spot, but the Mets' two through four hitters went a combined 0-for-12 behind him. Rosario had been in a rut of his own, going 0-for-13 in his prior three games, and the 23-year-old is now slashing .254/.298/.411 on the year with six homers, five steals, 21 runs and 29 RBI in 56 contests.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Blasts mammoth home run
Marte went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in a victory over the Mets on Sunday.
Marte teed off against Steven Matz leading off the bottom of the first inning, crushing a sinker 482 feet to center field to tie Nomar Mazara for the longest home run hit in the majors this season. He also plated two runs with a single to cap the scoring for Arizona in the eighth. Marte now has 13 homers this season, only one behind his career high established last year. During his current 10-game hitting streak, he has gone 18-for-47 (.383) with four home runs and eight runs batted in.

Enrique Hernandez SS | LAD
Dodgers' Enrique Hernandez: Out of Sunday's lineup
Hernandez is not in the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Phillies, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Hernandez started the last three games and went 4-for-12 with four runs, a home run and three RBI, but he will take a seat for Sunday's series finale. Chris Taylor will start at second base and bat seventh in his absence.

Ozzie Albies 2B | ATL
Braves' Ozzie Albies: Moves up in order
Albies will start at second base and bat sixth Sunday against the Tigers, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.
Albies will benefit from Nick Markakis receiving a day off and move up in the order after occupying either the Nos. 7 or 8 spots in the lineup in each of the previous seven games. After a prolonged cold spell, Albies is finally beginning to heat up again with an 11-for-30 showing at the dish over his past eight starts. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, Albies has delivered no home runs or steals during that stretch.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Swats 13th homer
Marte went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 5-4 loss to the Mets.
The switch hitter was red hot to close the books on May, slashing .378/.396/.756 with four homers, eight RBI and 10 runs over his last 10 games. Marte now has 13 home runs on the year -- one shy of the career high he established in 2018 -- and his .863 OPS is nearly 100 points better than last season's career-best mark as well.

Enrique Hernandez SS | LAD
Dodgers' Enrique Hernandez: Belts solo shot
Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-3 win over the Phillies.
Hernandez has started to pick things up over his last five games, going 5-for-16 with two homers and six RBI in that span. For the year, the utilityman is hitting a disappointing .223/.302/.413 with nine homers over 53 games.

Brendan Rodgers 2B | BOS
Rockies' Brendan Rodgers: Sits again Friday
Rodgers remains on the bench Friday against Toronto.
Rodgers sits for the second game in a row and the third time in four games. The 22-year-old's .303/.361/.364 slash line translates to just an 82 wRC+ when factoring in the Coors Field effect. Ryan McMahon and his .260/.356/.449 line (99 wRC+) will remain in the lineup at second base.

Jake Elmore 2B | CHW
Pirates' Jake Elmore: Clears waivers
Elmore cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis on Wednesday.
Elmore went 1-for-20 during his brief stay in Pittsburgh. He'll remain as organizational depth but does not appear to be close to a return to the big leagues.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Drops in order
Frazier is starting at second base and hitting eighth Thursday against the Brewers.
Frazier has primarily hit leadoff this season, but a slow start at the plate (.250 average and .655 OPS through 48 games) has prompted the Pirates to give 25-year-old Kevin Newman -- who is hitting .347 through 28 games this season -- a turn atop the order.
