Hernandez started at shortstop for Xander Bogaerts (wrist) and went 1-for-3 with a double in Saturday's 3-1 rain-shortened loss to the Yankees.

This was Hernandez's first start at shortstop this season, although he's made more than 50 starts there during his career. Bogaerts' injury is not believed to be significant, so Hernandez could move to second base Sunday against right-hander Jameson Taillon. The call-up of rookie center fielder Jarren Duran causes a juggling act in center field, where Hernandez has primarily started, and at second base. Duran appears to be the likely center fielder when facing a right-hander, while Hernandez and Christian Arroyo compete for at-bats at second base.

Torres went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk Saturday in the Yankees' 3-1 win over the Red Sox.

Torres' 380-foot blast off Hirokazu Sawamura in the sixth inning ended a five-and-a-half-week long home run drought for the 24-year-old. With a .239/.325/.316 slash line and just four long balls over 324 plate appearances on the season, Torres has been one of the bigger early round fantasy disappointments among players who haven't missed significant time due to injury.

India went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Brewers.

India took reliever Brad Boxberger deep to left field to lead off the eighth inning, the seventh home run of the season for the rookie infielder. India has been a solid contributor across the board for the Reds, and for fantasy managers, slashing .271/.394/.410 with 36 RBI and seven stolen bases (10 attempts) in 326 plate appearances. He's also drawn a team-leading 42 walks.

Lux will sit Saturday against the Rockies, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.

Lux was given plenty of chances against southpaws early in the season, but his off day against lefty Kyle Freeland on Saturday means he's now sat against five of the last six lefties the Dodgers have faced. His overall .231/.312/.355 slash line on the season doesn't exactly make a strong case for an everyday role. Chris Taylor starts at shortstop in his absence.

Lowe is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against Atlanta.

After a 1-for-4 effort Friday, Lowe is hitting .257 with seven home runs and 12 RBI in his last 10 games. Wander Franco is playing second base and batting second in Saturday's contest.

Biggio is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Rangers.

The 26-year-old went 1-for-3 with a walk Friday and is now hitting .219 with four walks and six RBI in his last 10 games. Santiago Espinal will start at third base and bat eighth as the Blue Jays face lefty Kolby Allard.

Short is not starting the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Twins.

The infielder struggled considerably leading up to the break, hitting .111 and striking out 14 times in his last 27 at-bats. Niko Goodrum will start at shortstop for the first game, with Short likely to get the nod Saturday night.

Lowe went 1-for-4 with two walks and a run scored in Friday's 7-6 win over Atlanta.

Lowe singled for his only hit of the night but also drew two walks, the first time he's done so since June 24. The 26-year-old has is looking for a resurgent second half of the season as he's currently slashing a meager .209/.320/.462 with 21 homers, 48 RBI, 48 runs scored, four steals and a 41:109 BB:K over 341 plate appearances. He's showcased plenty of power but is striking out 32 percent of the time and needs to work to better that as the season moves forward.

Urias went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a home run, two runs scored and two RBI in Friday's 11-6 win over the Reds.

He took Josh Osich deep in the eighth inning as the Brewers pulled away. Urias finally appears to be making good on his prospect pedigree -- over the last month, the 24-year-old is slashing .283/.349/.515 through 24 games with six of his 13 homers on the season.

Semien went 2-for-4 with a walk, a solo home run and two additional runs scored in Friday's 10-2 win over the Rangers.

He took Jordan Lyles deep in the third inning, one of five Jays blasts on the night. Semien began the second half right where he'd left off the first half, and on the year the 30-year-old is slashing .279/.348/.539 with 23 homers, 10 steals, 57 RBI and 70 runs in 88 games.
