Paredes is 9-for-37 (.243) with seven RBI, two home runs and three extra-base hits to begin the year at High-A Lakeland.

One of the youngest players in the league, Paredes only had 12 career home runs coming into 2018. Though the sample size is small, the 19-year-old seems to have increased his pop, as he sports a career-high .271 ISO. Even though he's hitting for more power, Paredes' contact rate is still a solid 81 percent, showing his advanced ability to square up pitches. The lauded prospect is someone to watch in dynasty formats, even though his ETA isn't until 2020.

Duffy left Monday's game with right hamstring tightness.

The Rays are considering Duffy day-to-day for now, although he'll be evaluated again Tuesday, at which point it should become clear if he'll need to miss an extended period of time. If Duffy is unavailable to play, expect Daniel Robertson to see time at the hot corner.

Machado drove in his team's only run, as the Orioles couldn't manage to produce at the plate against Chris Sale. Machado has started the season on a strong note, as he owns a .308/.392/.523 line with three home runs after playing 16 games.

Robinson is not in the lineup Sunday against the Astros.

Over the last three games, Robinson has gone 0-for-11 and struck out nine times, bringing his batting average down to .167 for the year. He'll head to the bench while Carlos Tocci starts in center field.

Alvarez is out of the lineup Sunday against the Red Sox, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

With southpaw Chris Sale on the hill for Boston, the left-handed Alvarez will take a seat to start the game. Anthony Santander and Craig Gentry will start in the outfield while Adam Jones shifts to designated hitter.

Segura went 2-for-5 with a home run, three RBI and one run scored Saturday against the Athletics.

Segura continues to swing an incredibly hot bat as his multihit game Saturday was already his seventh of the season. He's attempted just one stolen base, the only notable concern to his profile. However, he has batted second exclusively to begin the season, and if that continues his stolen-base attempts should tick up.

Moustakas went 1-for-4 with a solo homer Saturday against the Angels.

Moustakas hit his third home run of the season in the eighth inning against Blake Parker. He also extended his hitting streak to seven games, which includes three multihit games, six runs scored, seven RBI and five extra-base hits. He hasn't been affected by an otherwise sluggish Royals offense and should continue to bat third in the lineup.
