Reds' Nick Senzel: Remains out Sunday
Senzel (groin) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at Milwaukee.
The 25-year-old exited Friday's series opener with left groin tightness, and he'll be out of the lineup for the final two games of the series. The Reds have a scheduled off day Monday, so the team is likely just being cautious to give Senzel an extra day to recover. Travis Jankowski will start in center field Sunday for Cincinnati.

Max Muncy 3B | LAD
Dodgers' Max Muncy: Reveals fractured finger
Muncy explained Saturday that the finger injury he suffered during summer camp was a fracture, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
Earlier reports suggested that Muncy's injury was a bruise, but the slugger indicated that he was actually dealing with a left finger fracture. The injury has not kept the slugger out of the lineup, as he has started every regular season game for the Dodgers thus far. However, Muncy has gotten off to a slow start at the plate -- despite belting four home runs, he is hitting only .169.

J.D. Davis 1B | LAA
Mets' J.D. Davis: Extends hitting streak
Davis went 2-for-3 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 8-4 win over the Marlins.
Davis singled in the third inning and later hit a three-run homer, extending his hitting streak to 12 games. His line is up to .319/.389/.532 through 14 games this season. He was seeing a lot of time in the outfield early on, but this was Davis' fourth consecutive start at third base.

Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Launches three-run homer
Suarez went 1-for-3 with a walk and a three-run home run in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Brewers.
An infield single and a fielding error in the first inning put two on for Suarez, and he capitalized with his second home run of the season. Suarez got off to a 3-for-35 start, but he's showing signs of progress with both of his homers and as many walks (6) as strikeouts (6) in his last five games.

Kevin Newman 3B | LAA
Pirates' Kevin Newman: Improving at plate
Newman went 4-for-5 with an RBI double in an 11-5 loss to the Tigers on Saturday.
He lifted his batting average to a season-high .262. Newman has batted second in the lineup nine times in 11 starts after hitting leadoff almost exclusively in the second half of 2019. The 27-year-old collected a walkoff hit -- the fifth in his short career -- in Thursday's win and appears back on track following a slow start.

Max Muncy 3B | LAD
Dodgers' Max Muncy: Batting fifth Saturday
Muncy is starting at first base and batting fifth against San Francisco on Saturday.
Muncy hit first or second in the order in each of his first 13 starts to begin the season, but he was moved down to the sixth spot Friday after collecting only one hit over his previous five contests. The 29-year-old responded with a solo home run, and manager Dave Roberts will have him bat fifth for the team Saturday. On the season, Muncy is slashing .182/.328/.436 with four home runs over 67 plate appearances.

Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Out until Tuesday
Senzel (groin) isn't expected to return to the lineup before Tuesday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.
Senzel left Friday's game against the Brewers with a tight left groin, and it now appears as though he'll be out for the entirety of the weekend series. He should receive at least three full days of rest as the Reds have an off day scheduled for Monday. Travis Jankowski replaced him in center field Friday, though it will be Phillip Ervin who starts in his place Saturday.

Reds' Nick Senzel: Sitting Saturday
Senzel (groin) is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Brewers.
Senzel left Friday's contest with a tight left groin and will sit for at least one game. It's not clear how much time he's expected to miss, but with an off day coming up Monday, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him sit Sunday as well in order to get three straight days of rest. Phillip Ervin starts in center field in his absence.

Max Muncy 3B | LAD
Dodgers' Max Muncy: Cranks fourth homer
Muncy went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Friday's win over the Giants.
Muncy extended the Dodgers' lead with a solo homer against Jeff Samardzija to start off the fourth inning. Interestingly enough, three of his four team-leading long balls this season have come against the Giants. The 29-year-old entered Friday's game in a bit of a slump, going just 1-for-18 over the last five games. Overall, he's batting .182/.328/.436.
