Davis (calf) is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Royals, Justin Toscano of The Bergen Record reports.

The Mets have the DH available in Kansas City, but Davis wasn't cleared to fill that spot after tweaking his right calf while running to first base Friday. It's uncertain if he will be available in any capacity. Aaron Altherr will take over in left field and bat ninth against right-hander Jakob Junis.

Suarez (thumb) is not in Saturday's lineup against the Cardinals.

He suffered a sprained thumb in Friday's contest and will need at least another day to get right. Jose Peraza will start at third base and hit eighth.

Escobar went 2-for-6 with a solo home run and a double in Friday's 10-9 loss to the Giants.

With no outs in the bottom of the eighth inning, Escobar turned on a pitch right down the middle for a home run off reliever Tony Watson. The long ball soon sparked a rally as the Diamondbacks scored five runs in the inning to even up the score at 7-7. After battling through a 2-for-24 slump recently, Escobar has hit safely in each of the last three games. He now has 28 home runs, 97 RBI and 75 runs scored this season while batting .273/.329/.530.

McMahon went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Friday's 3-0 win over the Marlins.

McMahon gave the Rockies a two-run lead with a 444-foot blast off Sandy Alcantara in the second inning. It was his third long ball over the last four games and eighth since the All-Star break. Through 103 contests this season, the 24-year-old is batting .266/.344/.457 with 15 homers, 61 RBI and 54 runs scored.

Arenado went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-0 shutout of the Marlins.

With two outs in the eighth inning, Arenado launched a solo homer off Ryne Stanek for the final scoring of the night. Arenado has now homered in back-to-back games for the first time since May, while the Rockies are now 20-6 when Arenado goes deep. That's not a coincidence considering his slash line of .303/.365/.549 with 28 long balls, 91 RBI and 78 runs scored on the year.

Davis injured his calf while running to first base during Friday's game against Kansas City, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

Davis appeared to be walking gingerly shortly after the play, and the Mets revealed after the contest that he did suffer an injury. The 26-year-old went 2-for-4 with a run before exiting, extending his hitting streak to 10 games. He'll be considered day-to-day until the extent of the issue is uncovered. Aaron Altherr could get the call in left field Saturday if Davis can't go.

Muncy went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Friday's 8-3 win over Atlanta.

His seventh-inning blast off Sean Newcomb put his team in the lead for good. In addition to his .258/.368/.523 slash line, Muncy now has 30 homers on the year -- making him the first Dodger to reach that plateau in back-to-back seasons since Shawn Green in 2001-02.

Suarez was diagnosed with a left thumb sprain after leaving Friday's game against St. Louis, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Suarez's X-rays returned negative, so he managed to avoid any structural damage. He'll likely be reevaluated upon his arrival at the ballpark Saturday to determine his status moving forward.

Suarez appeared to suffer a hand or wrist injury while making a tag at third base, and he had to leave the game as a result. He's likely headed for further testing.

Longoria went 3-for-5 with a home run and four RBI in Thursday's win over Arizona.

Longoria plated the first two runs of the game with a single in the first inning and connected for a two-run blast to left field in the fifth. The 33-year-old has been on a tear over his last five games, batting .500 (10-for-20) with a pair of long balls and nine RBI over that stretch.
