Duffy (hamstring) went 0-for-3 in High-A Charlotte's win over Jupiter on Friday, the first game of his rehab assignment.

Duffy started at third base and hit second, and he came out of the game without setbacks. Jeff Seidel of MLB.com reports Duffy will man the hot corner during his rehab but might be moved around depending on how he progresses. "We'll just kind of take it day to day and see what we're hearing from him when he tests out his hamstring, his back, all those things," manager Kevin Cash said. "He'll play some third, [and] the thought in spring training [was] to get him out in the outfield. We'll try to at least get this first week or so at third base and then see how he's responding."

Segura went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and an additional run scored in Friday's 4-2 win over the Nationals.

Segura put the Phillies up 1-0 with his first-inning homer off Jeremy Hellickson, his second long ball of the season. The shortstop added a single in the sixth inning, marking his second consecutive multi-hit game and raising his average to a healthy .345 on the season.

Senzel went 1-for-5 with two walks, two strikeouts and one run scored in Friday's loss to the Giants.

The 2016 No. 2 overall pick didn't stuff the stat sheet in his big-league debut, but he was impressive; Senzel put together several good at-bats and made a nice running catch in center field. Somewhat surprisingly, Senzel was slotted into the two hole right away for his first game, between lefties Joey Votto and Jesse Winker. Senzel should play close to every day now that he's up, and he projects to hit for average and decent power with some speed, although the Reds as a team haven't been running much early on.

Chapman went 3-for-6 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in a 14-1 victory against the Pirates on Friday.

The 26-year-old has always been an underrated fantasy contributor, but early this season, he's been one of the top third basemen in the league. Chapman is 5-for-10 in the last two games, which has raised his season batting average to an even .300. He possesses a great eye, which is evident by his 16 walks versus only 17 strikeouts, and yet he also has nine home runs. Chapman is also slashing .300/.390/.600 with 18 extra-base hits, 22 RBI and 18 runs in 141 plate appearances this year.

Groshans was placed on the minor-league injured list with general soreness in his left foot, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Groshans was tearing it up with Low-A Lansing prior to landing on the IL, slashing .342/.429/.507 with a pair of homers and a stolen base through 19 games. Fortunately, the injury isn't thought to be anything that will force the 19-year-old to miss an extended chunk of time.

Muncy is not in the lineup Friday against the Padres, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Muncy will head to the bench for Friday's series opener to avoid a matchup against left-handed starter Eric Lauer. In his place, Cody Bellinger is starting at first base and hitting second, opening up a spot in the outfield for Chris Taylor to pick up a start.

McMahon is not starting Friday against Arizona.

McMahon has just a single hit in his last four games. Garrett Hampson gets the call at second base against lefty Robbie Ray.

LeMahieu (knee) is out of the lineup against the Twins on Friday.

The infielder said earlier in the week he was feeling "really close" to being able to make his return, but he'll miss at least one more game as he continues to deal with knee inflammation. Gio Urshela will man the hot corner, where LeMahieu had been regularly starting in the absence of Miguel Andujar (shoulder).

Donaldson (calf) is back in the lineup Friday against Miami.

Donaldson returns after a three-game absence due to right calf soreness. He'll bat second and play third base Friday, sending Johan Camargo back to the bench.

Suarez is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Giants.

Suarez will head to the bench after starting the last 14 games at third base, having slashed .200/.262/.455 with two doubles, four home runs and nine RBI. Kyle Farmer will enter the starting lineup in his absence, batting seventh.
