Devin Mesoraco C | NYM
Mets' Devin Mesoraco: Sits out Sunday
Mesoraco is not in the lineup Sunday against the Dodgers, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
Mesoraco is hitting .228/.330/.457 with six homers in 30 games since joining the Mets. Kevin Plawecki will start in his place Sunday. The two catchers have split the starts roughly evenly since Plawecki returned from a fractured hand in late May, with Mesoraco starting 14 times compared to 12 for Plawecki.

J.T. Realmuto C | PHI
Marlins' J.T. Realmuto: Launches grand slam Saturday
Realmuto went 2-for-4 with a walk and a grand slam in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Rockies.
The catcher now has 10 homers and 31 RBI over 56 games to accompany his stellar .308/.365/.548 slash line. Realmuto has far and away been the Marlins' best player this season, and he should be a shoo-in for his first All-Star Game appearance next month.

Willson Contreras 1B | BOS
Cubs' Willson Contreras: Swats fifth home run
Contreras went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Saturday against the Reds.
Contreras launched his home run -- his fifth of the season -- over the right field wall in the second inning off Anthony DeSclafani. It was his first home run and only fourth extra-base hit since May 12. That has resulted in a disappointing .422 slugging percentage, which is 50 points below his career mark.

Tucker Barnhart C | TEX
Reds' Tucker Barnhart: Hits two-run homer
Barnhart went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer against the Cubs on Saturday.
Barnhart began the Reds' offensive onslaught Saturday, with his home run coming in the first inning off right-hander Luke Farrell. It was his fifth home run of the season and second in his past seven games. Barnhart doesn't produce exceptionally in any area, but he receives steady playing time and chips in across most categories, making him viable in deep formats.

Austin Hedges C | CLE
Padres' Austin Hedges: To be activated Sunday
Hedges (elbow) will be activated from the 10-day disabled list provided a final checkup goes smoothly, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Hedges hasn't played since April while dealing with right elbow tendinitis. Prior to the injury, he was hitting a miserable .173/.235/.293. Hedges' return could push Raffy Lopez back to the minors.

Tom Murphy C | SF
Rockies' Tom Murphy: Not in Saturday's lineup
Murphy is out of the lineup against Miami on Saturday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
Murphy will take a seat after going 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBI during Friday's victory. In his absence, Tony Wolters will catch Tyler Anderson.

J.T. Realmuto C | PHI
Marlins' J.T. Realmuto: Three hits in Friday's loss
Realmuto went 3-for-5 with two doubles and a run scored in Friday's loss to the Rockies.
The catcher started off the series in Coors Field with a bang, but he doesn't need altitude to produce big numbers -- Realmuto's slashing .356/.356/.667 with three homers, seven RBI and 10 runs over his last 11 games, pushing his OPS on the year up to .895.

Tom Murphy C | SF
Rockies' Tom Murphy: Three hits against Marlins
Murphy went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles, two RBI and a run in the Rockies' 11-3 win over the Marlins on Friday.
Starting his second game in three days, Murphy put up another solid offensive performance with this three-hit, two-RBI effort. It's still an extremely small sample, but the 27-year-old backstop has impressed over his 32 at-bats, hitting .344, lacing four doubles and driving in six runs. If he continues to perform like this, he'll make a case for more at-bats ahead of Chris Iannetta, whose .736 OPS won't stand in the way of Murphy starting frequently enough to put up consistent fantasy value.

Jacob Stallings C | BAL
Pirates' Jacob Stallings: Returns to majors
Stallings was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
The catcher took another trip on the shuttle back to the big leagues with Francisco Cervelli (concussion) landing on the 7-day disabled list. He'll serve as Elias Diaz's backup for however long Cervelli must remain sidelined. Stallings is hitting a useful .289/.335/.396 slash for Indianapolis but has not yet taken a big-league at-bat in 2018.

Tucker Barnhart C | TEX
Reds' Tucker Barnhart: Day off against Cubs
Barnhart is not in the lineup against the Cubs on Friday.
Barnhart will receive a standard breather following three straight starts. In his absence, Curt Casali will set up behind the plate and bat seventh.
