Raleigh is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Raleigh had started behind the plate in each of the Mariners' last three games, going hitless with four strikeouts across 12 at-bats. Though he's still looking for his first big-league hit, Raleigh appears set to work ahead of both Luis Torrens and Tom Murphy. The Mariners will hand Murphy a start at catcher Sunday in what likely amounts to a maintenance day for Raleigh.

Contreras is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks.

A 3-for-4 effort with a home run and two RBI on Saturday raised Contreras' average to .306 since the start of July. He's also drawn seven walks in that 10-game span. Robinson Chirinos will catch and bat eighth Sunday.

Casali is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Casali will cede catching duties to Chadwick Tromp in the series finale after he was behind the dish Friday and Saturday. With Buster Posey (thumb) considered day-to-day and likely to return from the injured list during the upcoming week, Casali's time as San Francisco's No. 1 catcher will soon come to an end.

Sanchez went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's rain-shortened win over the Red Sox.

With the game tied 1-1 in the bottom of the sixth inning, Sanchez went deep to right field to give the Yankees a narrow lead. The homer turned out to be the game-winner, as the contest was delayed due to heavy rain shortly thereafter and ultimately called after six frames. Sanchez is looking to turn things around amidst a difficult July during which he is batting .091 (3-for-33), though two of his three hits this month have left the yard.

Wynns will start at catcher and bat ninth Sunday against the Royals.

Though Wynns will be behind the dish in the series finale, he looks to be the clear No. 2 option on the depth chart behind Pedro Severino, who is getting some routine maintenance after catching Baltimore's last two games. Since his May 31 promotion from Triple-A Norfolk, Wynns is hitting .184 across 51 plate appearances.

Collins is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros.

Collins has taken over as the White Sox's No. 1 catcher since Yasmani Grandal (knee) was placed on the injured list July 6. He'll merely be getting a routine breather for the series finale after starting behind the plate Friday and Saturday.

Garver (groin) will join the Twins in Chicago and could be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Monday's doubleheader with the White Sox, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Manager Rocco Baldelli suggested the team will first re-evaluate Garver before determining whether he's fit to catch one of the two games of the twin bill. Baldelli also said Garver is feeling "really good," coming off a 4-for-16 showing at the plate during his four-game rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul.

Rortvedt is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Rortvedt will sit for the second game in a row after he drew a rare start in the front end of Saturday's doubleheader loss to the Tigers, during which he struck out in both of his at-bats. The rookie is batting just .129 across 78 plate appearances this season, and he'll be bound for Triple-A St. Paul as soon as Mitch Garver (groin) is deemed ready to return from the 10-day injured list.

Jansen will start at catcher and bat ninth in the first half of Sunday's doubleheader with the Rangers.

Jansen will presumably sit in the second half of the doubleheader in favor of Reese McGuire, but the two appear to have moved into a timeshare at catcher since the former's return from the injured list earlier this month. Though he has slugged a solo home run in one of his first four starts back from the IL, Jansen has been one of the majors' least-productive hitters this season with a .559 OPS and 26.1 percent strikeout rate across 134 plate appearances.

McGuire is not starting Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Rangers.

An .095 hitter against left-handed pitching, McGuire takes a seat as the Blue Jays match up against southpaw Kolby Allard. Danny Jansen will catch and bat ninth, with McGuire likely returning to the lineup Sunday evening.
