The Red Sox recalled Heineman from Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

The 32-year-old will join the active roster as Tristan Casas (ribs) makes his way to the 10-day injured list. Heineman will provide depth behind the plate as Boston's No. 3 catcher and is unlikely to see significant playing time.

Raleigh went 4-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Rockies. He also drew a walk.

Raleigh jumped on the first pitch he saw from Dakota Hudson in his first at-bat and sent it into the stands in left field for his fourth home run of the season. He would then add an RBI single in the next frame before finishing with a season-high four hits on the night. Raleigh has now homered in each of his last two games and has hit safely in five of his last six, drawing six walks over that stretch to only two strikeouts.

Wells is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays.

Wells and Jose Trevino have alternated starts behind the plate over the past eight games, and that trend will continue Sunday after Wells went 0-for-2 with a walk and a strikeout Saturday. Wells is hitless in his past 19 at-bats.

Rogers went 0-for-2 with a strikeout in Saturday's loss to the Twins and is now batting just .086 this season.

Rogers is scuffling, and he's only delivered one home run so far with a nearly 40 percent strikeout rate. The 29-year-old has never been a great contact hitter at the MLB level, so if he's not providing power, his fantasy value is pretty minimal. Rogers is also ceding more playing time behind the plate to Carson Kelly, as the former has appeared in 13 games so far and the latter has made 16 appearances.

Perez went 3-for-5 with a home run and five RBI in a loss against the Orioles on Saturday.

Perez got the Royals on the board with a three-run homer off Corbin Burnes in the bottom of the sixth and then singled home another two runs in the seventh, almost single-handedly bringing Kansas City back to within one run of Baltimore. It marked the fourth three-hit game of the season for the veteran catcher and his seventh multi-hit performance overall. He's now batting .359 in April with five homers, 18 RBI and nine runs scored.

Lee went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored Saturday against the Phillies.

Lee has earned two or three starts per week for most of the season and has shown some promise with the bat. His double on Saturday marked his third extra-base hit of the season across 35 plate appearances, and he also has four RBI and four runs scored. Lee hasn't looked out of place at the plate, as he's striking out at just a 17.1 percent clip with a .273 average.

Stephenson went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Angels.

Patrick Sandoval loaded the bases in the first inning and Stephenson cashed in with his first career grand slam. As Mark Sheldon of MLB.com notes, Stephenson has been one of the best hitters in baseball at making hard contact so far this year, ranking at the very top of the league in barrel percentage entering play Saturday. The results weren't there early on this season, but Stephenson now has three home runs in his last seven games.

Contreras went 3-for-6 with two runs and an RBI in Saturday's 12-5 win at St. Louis.

The 26-year-old drove in both of Milwaukee's runs during Friday's 2-1 victory, and he led the offense with three hits Saturday. It's already the 10th multi-hit game of the season for Contreras, who ranks first in the National League with a .372 average and is also third in RBI (20) and fifth in runs scored (18).

Bailey went 4-for-4 with two doubles and a two-run home run in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Diamondbacks.

It's the second time in Bailey's relatively brief big-league career that he's tallied three extra-base hits in one game, as he had two doubles and a triple in a contest last June in Colorado. The four hits also tied a career high, as he did it once before last May in Milwaukee. Bailey's home run Saturday was a 407-foot shot which found McCovey Cove beyond the right-field stands.

Heineman will be recalled from Triple-A Worcester prior to Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

There's no word yet on who he will be replacing on the roster, but Triston Casas (ribs) is the likely candidate. Heineman would be the third catcher on the Red Sox' roster, but the club is running out of options on its 40-man roster.
