Alvarez went 3-for-4 with a walk, a home run, three runs scored and three RBI in Friday's 15-2 rout of the Blue Jays.

The 21-year-old continues to have little trouble with big-league pitching. Alvarez has gone yard in three of his first four games and drawn at least one walk in all four, compiling a ridiculous .385/.579/1.077 slash line since his promotion. He'll slow down sooner or later of course, but fantasy GMs who paid top dollar in FAAB for the rookie have been amply rewarded so far.

Choi went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and two runs in a 9-4 victory against the Angels on Friday.

The 28-year-old entered as a pinch hitter in the sixth inning and received three at-bats. He singled during his first plate appearance in the sixth and then homered the next inning. Choi has eight home runs, three of which have come in his last seven games. He is also batting .287 with 18 extra-base hits, 27 RBI, 25 runs and one steal in 195 at-bats this season.

Martinez went 3-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI and two walks in Friday's win over the Orioles.

Martinez slugged a two-run homer in the fourth inning and left the yard again in the fifth. The 31-year-old slugger has homered in back-to-back contests and now sits with 15 long balls over 62 games this season.

Cabrera went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's loss to the Indians.

Cabrera left the yard in the second inning to cut the deficit to one run, but the Indians would pull away for a 13-4 victory. While Cabrera has been shut down from playing the field in 2019 due to a right knee issue, he showed Friday night that he still has some pop left in his bat.

Buxton exited Friday's game against the Royals due to a right wrist bruise, and he'll be considered day-to-day moving forward, Brandon Warne of ZoneCoverage.com reports.

Buxton was drilled by a pitch on his right wrist, though he luckily avoided any structural damage. Max Kepler or Eddie Rosario may need to bump over to center field if Buxton is unable to go Saturday.

Choi is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Yankees, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Choi takes a seat for the third straight game with southpaw CC Sabathia set to start for the Yankees. Yandy Diaz will start at first base and bat cleanup in his absence Friday.

Stanton (shoulder) moved his rehab assignment up to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday as expected.

The slugger is nearly ready to return from the injuries which shut him down just three games into the season. He certainly looked no worse for wear in three games with High-A Tampa, going 5-for-10 with four homers. Stanton could be back in New York as soon as Tuesday.

Ohtani finished 4-for-4 while hitting for the cycle in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Rays, adding three RBI and two runs scored.

Ohtani's huge game got started with a three-run home run to open the scoring in the first inning. He added a double in the third, a triple in the fifth and capped off the feat with a single in his final at-bat. Ohtani is now 9-for-17 with three home runs, seven runs, six RBI and a stolen base across the past four games he's started.

Vogelbach went 2-for-4 with a walk and an RBI on Thursday against the Twins.

Vogelbach had a productive day at the plate, recording his ninth double of the season in the fourth inning. He followed that up with an RBI single in the sixth frame, temporarily knotting the game at one. He's been on a strong run of late, recording at least one hit in eight of his last 10 games. He's also driven in a run in four consecutive games, tacking on an extra-base hit in three of those four contests. Vogelbach boasts an impressive line of .266/.395/.562 across 248 plate appearances for the season.

Manager Aaron Boone said Stanton (shoulder) could be activated as soon as Tuesday, Brendan Kuty of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Stanton has already appeared in a pair of rehab games with High-A Tampa, going 4-for-7 with three homers. Per Lindsey Adler of The Athletic, the slugger is scheduled to shift his rehab to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this weekend, and if everything goes well during a pair of games with the RailRiders, Stanton could be cleared to rejoin the Yankees on Tuesday after receiving an off day Monday.
