Jimenez provided all the runs the White Sox would need in their 2-0 victory over the Royals on Saturday, going 1-for-3 with a two-run homer.

Jimenez launched his seventh home run of the season in the second inning off Brad Keller. The rookie has gone 10-for-32 at the plate over his last nine games, slowly dragging his season slash line up to .229/.279/.403.

Choi will sit for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Red Sox, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Choi went 2-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and a pair of runs scored in the afternoon game. He'll head to the bench with lefty David Price on the mound for Boston. Yandy Diaz starts at first base.

Martinez (back) will remain on the bench for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rays, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

Martinez continues to battle sporadic back issues, though he hasn't yet required a trip to the injured list this season. He's considered day-to-day and may not be ready to start Sunday's game.

Carpenter (shin) is back in action Saturday against the Cubs, leading off and playing third base as usual.

Carpenter sat Friday while recovering from a bruised shin, but the injury never appeared to be particularly serious and he's already back in action. He owns a strong .298/.375/.579 slash line after a slow start to the season.

Stanton (shoulder) could begin a rehab assignment Monday or Tuesday, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.

Stanton played just three games this season before dealing with biceps, shoulder and calf injuries. The length of his absence means his rehab assignment is unlikely to be brief, though the Yankees have yet to give a precise timetable for his return.

Ramirez is not in Saturday's lineup against the Braves, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

He is 0-for-13 over his last three games. JT Riddle will start in center field and hit sixth.

Martinez (back) is not in the lineup for the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rays and is unlikely to play in the nightcap, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

The Red Sox are hoping he won't need a stint on the injured list. Martinez's back has been an issue for him over the past month, and it may continue to cause him to miss time over the rest of the season. The hope is that it will be a manageable situation that does not lead to long absences.

Vogelbach went 2-for-4 with a walk and a run in a win over the Angels on Friday.

Vogelbach has gotten June off to a sizzling start, with Friday's production pushing his average over the first seven games of the month to .350 (7-for-20). Factoring in his six walks over that stretch, Vogelbach has officially reached base in half of his 26 plate appearances thus far while appearing in each contest.

Canha went 2-for-4 with a run in a win over the Rangers on Friday.

The versatile Canha drew the start in center field in place of Ramon Laureano and delivered at the plate for the second time in as many nights. Canha was on base four times Thursday, and his multi-hit effort Friday makes him 3-for-7 with three walks and two runs over his current two-start stint.

Choi went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a win over the Red Sox on Friday.

Choi's June surge continued in impressive fashion Friday, as he generated his third two-hit effort over the last four games. The 28-year-old has hit half of his six homers in the last 12 games, a possible sign he may be starting to pick up some steam on the power front. He's also steadily boosted all three components of his season line since May 22, a 15-game stretch during which he's slashed .321/.403/.528 across 62 plate appearances.
