Canha went 2-for-4 with a single, RBI double, a walk and two runs in a win over the Rangers on Monday.

Canha's blazing start to the season continues, with Monday's production pushing his average to .351. The 29-year-old has hit safely in seven straight games, a stretch during which he's compiled three doubles, a home run, five RBI, four walks and six runs.

Buxton (migraines) received X-rays on his foot Monday, which revealed he didn't suffer any structural damage, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Buxton hit a foul ball off his foot during a rehab game at High-A Fort Myers on Sunday. Although he didn't incur a serious injury, his return from the disabled list could be delayed by a couple days. While he's eligible to be activated Wednesday, it looks like the Twins are looking to have him back for their series against the Reds, which begins Friday.

Buxton (migraines) is being evaluated after fouling a ball off his foot in a rehab game Sunday, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

The potential foot injury explains why Buxton was held out of a second rehab game Monday. The nature of the foot injury is not yet known. It's good to hear that he hasn't suffered a return of his migraines, though if the foot issue turns out to be more than just a bruise he could end up missing more time. If it's nothing serious, he could return Wednesday against the Yankees, the first day he's eligible to be activated.

Buxton (migraines) got through a rehab game Sunday without issues, Dan Hayes of The Athletic Minnesota reports.

Buxton has been on the disabled list after suffering migraines, something he apparently has a history with. He's eligible to return to action Wednesday and appears on track to do so, though he isn't playing another rehab game Monday, so it's possible that there was an unreported problem.

Winker is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Braves, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Winker is in the midst of a four-game hitting streak, and he's now hitting a respectable .283/.433/.321 on the season, but he'll head to the bench for Monday's series opener against the Braves after starting each of the previous five games in the outfield. He should continue to see occasional days off with the Reds deploying a four-man outfield rotation consisting of Winker and Monday's starters -- Scott Schebler, Billy Hamilton and Adam Duvall.

Blackmon went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, three runs scored and an RBI on Sunday against the Cubs.

Blackmon continues to accumulate stats at a prolific rate, and he benefited from a big offensive performance from the Rockies by scoring three runs. His home run came in the fifth inning off left-handed pitcher Jose Quintana, though he has remained dangerous at the plate without the platoon advantage in the past. With another series upcoming at Coors Field beginning Monday against the Padres, expect the big numbers from Blackmon to continue.

Miller, who went 0-for-3 with a walk in a win over the Twins on Sunday, is 1-for-11 with an RBI and two walks overall in the three games he's played since returning from the disabled list due to a groin injury.

In addition to his struggles at the plate -- which have lowered his average to .184 -- Miller also apparently sprained his ankle rounding third in the first inning Sunday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports. However, he remained in the game and will now have a day off before the Rays embark on a nine-game road trip.

Belt went 3-for-5 with a home run, one RBI and two runs scored Sunday in the win over the Angels.

Belt has blasted a home run in back-to-back games and is slugging .576 in 17 games this season. It's unclear whether he'll be able to continue this recent power surge, but he figures to see plenty of opportunities to do so moving forward. The Giants take on the Nationals in a three-game set starting Monday.

Brantley was 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Sunday's 7-3 win over Baltimore.

Brantley is off to a torrid start in 2018, as he's now 12-for-28 (.429) in his last six games and hitting for a .348 average on the year. The 30-year-old has only swiped one bag in the 11 games he's played, but the Indians do own the third-highest steal-per-game rate in the league. Brantley also owns an absurd 95 percent contact rate, showing an advanced ability to limit strikeouts (only two this year.

Cabrera went 1-for-3 with a run scored and one RBI in Sunday's 8-5 loss to the Royals.

Cabrera's resurgent season continued Sunday as he brought his RBI count up to 14 for the year. After owning a .249 batting average and a .728 OPS in 2017, the 35-year-old has lifted those marks to .300 and .855, respectively, over 20 games this season.
