Isaiah Campbell RP | ARI
Mariners' Isaiah Campbell: Optioned on Wednesday
Campbell was optioned to Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Campbell doesn't deserve to be sent down, having tossed 3.2 hitless innings with six strikeouts. However, the Mariners need some bullpen reinforcements and he went 1.2 frames Tuesday. Campbell will be back eventually.

Ty Adcock RP | SD
Mariners' Ty Adcock: Optioned to minors
Adcock was optioned to Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Adcock has a nice 3.45 ERA and 11:4 K:BB over 15.2 innings since being promoted last month. However, he had pitched each of the last two nights, including two innings Tuesday, so he's being sent out in favor of a fresh arm.

Austin Cox RP | ATL
Royals' Austin Cox: Recalled from Triple-A
Cox was recalled from Triple-A Omaha on Wednesday.
Cox has pitched well across eight appearances -- two starts -- in the majors this season, posting a 3.05 ERA and 19:10 K:BB over 20.2 innings. He will likely be available in relief for now, although he could be an option to take Daniel Lynch's (shoulder) rotation spot.

Chase Silseth RP | LAA
Angels' Chase Silseth: Called up for start
The Angels recalled Silseth from Triple-A Salt Lake on Wednesday.
Silseth will make just his second major-league start of the year Wednesday against the Yankees after taking five underwhelming rotation turns at Triple-A. The 23-year-old right-hander holds a career 6.08 ERA in the big leagues and is not a recommended fantasy streamer.

Jimmy Herget RP | COL
Angels' Jimmy Herget: Optioned to Triple-A
The Angels optioned Herget to Triple-A Salt Lake on Wednesday.
Herget has yielded nine earned runs on 19 hits and five walks over 16 innings of relief this season at the major-league level. Chase Silseth will take his place on the roster and serve as a spot starter Wednesday against the visiting Yankees.

Javy Guerra RP | ATL
Rays' Javy Guerra: Loses 40-man spot
The Rays designated Guerra for assignment Wednesday.
Guerra's latest stint with the Rays lasted just under two weeks, with the right-hander making a trio of two-inning relief appearances during that stretch and allowing three earned runs on three hits and four walks. The Rays called up Calvin Faucher from Triple-A Durham to replace Guerra in the bullpen and on the 26-man active roster. Guerra will now be exposed to waivers but could remain in the Tampa Bay organization if he goes unclaimed.

Calvin Faucher RP | MIA
Rays' Calvin Faucher: Back with Tampa Bay
The Rays recalled Faucher from Triple-A Durham on Wednesday.
Faucher will provide Tampa Bay with a fresh arm in relief for what's expected to be a bullpen day in Wednesday's series finale in Texas. Over 19 innings with the big club this season, Faucher has pitched to a 5.21 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 16:11 K:BB.

Logan Gillaspie RP | SD
Orioles' Logan Gillaspie: Summoned from Triple-A
The Orioles recalled Gillaspie from Triple-A Norfolk on Wednesday.
Gillaspie will be up with the Orioles as a bullpen arm for the fourth time this season. Over his previous three stints with the big club, Gillaspie made 11 appearances and allowed six earned runs on 14 hits and five walks while striking out eight in nine innings.

Taylor Hearn RP | KC
Rangers' Taylor Hearn: Dropped from 40-man roster
Texas designated Hearn for assignment Wednesday.
Hearn has been at Triple-A Round Rock since April and he will now either get claimed by another team, remain in the minors or get released outright, the second scenario being the most likely. The transaction was made to open a spot on the 40-man roster for Alex Speas, who had his contract selected from Round Rock on Wednesday.
