Barnes (2-1) was handed the loss Saturday at Houston when he failed to record an out in the walkoff defeat. He allowed one run on two hits and two walks.

Barnes entered in a 3-3 tie after the Red Sox managed to knot things up in the top of the ninth inning, but he ran into trouble immediately by giving up a double on his second pitch. The 28-year-old never had his command Saturday with only seven of his 18 pitches finding the strike zone. Barnes has a 2.25 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 36:6 K:BB over 20 innings this season.

Robles (2-0) allowed two runs on two hits and a walk in 1.1 innings, but picked up a victory in a 3-2 win over the Rangers on Saturday.

Robles blew the save after losing control of the 1-0 lead he was given, but the Angels answered with a pair of runs in the bottom of the ninth, giving him with an unexpected win. The closer has a 3.86 ERA and 0.94 WHIP, with Saturday's sloppy outing accounting for his first blown save of the season. Robles has five saves and 25 strikeouts over 23.1 innings.

Lopez (0-6) took the loss in Game 2 of Saturday's doubeheader against the Yankees by allowing five runs on six hits over one inning. He struck out one and walked one.

Lopez allowed a single in a scoreless first inning, but things unraveled quickly in the second frame when he faced six batters without recording an out, leading to his exit. The 26-year-old remains winless over 11 outings and has a 6.79 ERA, 1.57 WHIP and 49:21 K:BB across 51.2 innings. Lopez lines up to pitch during the four-game series with the Rangers next weekend.

Chapman struck out one and allowed one unearned run on a walk but earned the save in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Royals.

Chapman was asking for trouble when he issued a four-pitch walk to pinch hitter Billy Hamilton, and he compounded the problem with a throwing error on a pickoff attempt. Hamilton advanced to third base and subsequently scored on a sacrifice fly. The veteran left-hander has a 1.74 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 32:6 K:BB over 20.2 innings and has converted 14-of-15 save chances this season.

Lovelady was optioned to Triple-A Omaha following Saturday's doubleheader against the Yankees.

Lovelady was demoted earlier Saturday but never actually left the team since he served as the 26th man for the twin bill. The 23-year-old didn't make an appearance in either game.

Stanek will serve as the opener in Sunday's series finale at Cleveland, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Stanek will open his second game of the week after delivering 1.2 scoreless innings Wednesday versus the Dodgers. The 27-year-old has a 1.77 ERA, 0.74 WHIP and 23:4 K:BB in his 13 "starts" this season.

Soto was optioned to Triple-A Toledo following Saturday's loss to the Mets.

Soto had a rough start Friday when he allowed five runs on six hits across 3.2 innings. The 24-year-old has an 11.20 ERA, 2.12 WHIP and 11:7 K:BB over his first four major-league starts.

Garcia (back) was activated off the 10-day injured list Saturday.

Garcia struck out the side in his lone rehab appearance at High-A Inland Empire, clearing the way for his return to the majors. The 32-year-old has enjoyed a solid start to the season with a 2.25 ERA and 1.44 WHIP despite a 9:13 K:BB over 16 innings.

Green will serve as the opener for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Royals, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Green was supposed to open Friday's contest, but that game got postponed to Saturday. Green hasn't gotten more than six outs in any appearance this season and is unlikely to go deep in Saturday's game.

Junis threw six innings in a no-decision Saturday, giving up three runs on six hits, striking out seven and walking two as the Royals lost to the Yankees 7-3.

Junis delivered his third quality start of the season with the effort. The 26-year-old allowed a pair of runs in the first inning on a Clint Frazier double and one more in the sixth on a sacrifice fly by Gio Urshela. Junis is now sporting a 5.58 ERA and a 1.48 WHIP through 61.1 innings. His next outing is scheduled for Thursday on the road against the Rangers.
