Matt Andriese RP | MIA
Rays' Matt Andriese: Will replace Matt Moore in rotation
Andriese will replace Matt Moore in the Rays' rotation, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Moore was dealt to San Francisco prior to Monday's deadline, opening the door for Andriese to slot back into a starting role with Tampa Bay. Andriese will oppose Yordano Ventura in Game 2 of the Royals series Tuesday, but Andriese didn't throw more than 48 pitches in an appearance in July and it may be a little while until he's built up to a starter's workload. He went 5-1 with a 2.92 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 35:14 K:BB in eight starts for the Rays earlier this season.

Tyler Duffey RP | KC
Twins' Tyler Duffey: Moves back to rotation
Duffey will move back to the rotation and start Wednesday against Cleveland, MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger reports.
Duffey gave up five runs on eight hits and a walk over just 1.1 innings in his last outing, and it was announced he was moving to the bullpen. However, he's back in the rotation after the Twins traded Ricky Nolasco. Tommy Milone will move to the bullpen instead. It looks like the Twins will give Duffey time to see if he can improve in the majors as the team looks toward 2017.

Matt Moore RP | BOS
Rays' Matt Moore: Traded to Giants
The Rays traded Moore to the Giants on Monday, Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports.
Moore was having a nice bounce-back campaign for the Rays, posting a 4.08 ERA and 1.27 WHIP with 109 strikeouts in 130 innings, and he'll now become the second lefty in the Giants' rotation. The 27-year-old former top prospect will head to the National League and pitch half of his games in pitcher-friendly AT&T Park, so he should be scooped up widely in those fantasy leagues where remains available.

Hector Santiago RP | SEA
Twins' Hector Santiago: Heading to Minnesota
Santiago was traded to the Twins on Monday for Ricky Nolasco and Alex Meyer, Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reports.
Santiago has performed better of late, but his high walk rate (11 percent) and HR/9 (1.5/9) make him a volatile option at best. Still, he figures to slide straight into the Twins' rotation after notching a 4.25 ERA over 22 starts with the Angels this season.

Dillon Tate RP | TOR
Yankees' Dillon Tate: Traded to Yankees
Tate was traded to the Yankees by the Rangers on Monday in exchange for Carlos Beltran, Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports.
Tate was the Rangers' first-round pick (fourth overall) in the 2015 draft. He's struggled with his control so far in 2016, posting a 5.12 ERA and 1.61 WHIP with 55 strikeouts in 65 innings. When Tate was drafted, there was talk of him potentially being a high-leverage bullpen arm in the big leagues. Due to his struggles so far this season as a starter, it wouldn't be surprising to see that come true with the Yankees. That said, New York will most likely send Tate to Low-A Charleston and use him as a starter initially.

Miguel Almonte RP | LAA
Royals' Miguel Almonte: Transferred to Double-A
Almonte was transferred to Double-A Northwest Arkansas on Monday, Jeffrey Flanagan of MLB.com reports.
Almonte made nine appearances for the Royals in 2015, but he's spent the duration of 2016 at Triple-A Omaha, where he holds a 5.55 ERA and 1.75 WHIP across 60.0 innings. The right-hander will now return to Northwest Arkansas, the level at which he began the 2015 season and went 4-4 with a 4.03 ERA prior to advancing to Triple-A.

Ryan Pressly RP | CHC
Twins' Ryan Pressly: Picks up first save of season Sunday
Pressly pitched a scoreless ninth inning while allowing one hit and striking out one to earn his first save of the season Sunday against the White Sox.
Pressly was protecting a two-run lead, and gave up a two-out double before striking out Justin Morneau to end the game. Since July 20, he's now collected three victories and a save, and he owns a 3.67 ERA on the year.

Alex Colome RP | CHW
Rays' Alex Colome: Notches 25th save Sunday
Colome struck out two in a perfect ninth inning Sunday to pick up his 25th save of the season in a 5-3 win over the Yankees.
Brad Boxberger, just off the DL, worked the seventh inning in this one and appears to be no threat to Colome's grip on the closer role. The 27-year-old now sports an impressive 2.11 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 50:12 K:BB in 38.1 innings on the season to go along with his 25-for-26 performance in save situations.

Tyler Duffey RP | KC
Twins' Tyler Duffey: Headed to bullpen
Duffey, who had originally been scheduled to start Monday in Cleveland, will move to the bullpen, MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger reports.
Duffey will lose his rotation spot to the 22-year-old Jose Berrios, who will be recalled from Triple-A to make Monday's start. In his age-25 season, Duffey has sported his worst ERA at any level of his career (6.12) over 89.2 innings. With several other shaky back-end rotation options in Minnesota, there's a chance he could earn his job back down the road, but in the meantime Duffey's fantasy value will be highly limited.

Matt Strahm RP | KC
Royals' Matthew Strahm: Joining big league club
Strahm was recalled from Double-A Northwest Arkansas on Sunday.
After spending the majority of the season as a starter, each of Strahm's last four appearances came in a relief role. The Royals seem to be impressed enough with his work to give the 24-year-old southpaw a shot at the major league level after allowing just one earned run over 6.1 relief innings. Strahm will likely serve in middle relief, with the potential to give the Royals multiple innings if necessary.
