De Los Santos was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

De Los Santos' latest stint with the Phillies lasted just two days. He struck out two batters while allowing one hit in a scoreless inning of relief against the Yankees on Sunday in his lone appearance. Bailey Falter was recalled in a corresponding move.

Weigel was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Monday.

Weigel's third stint of the year in the big-league bullpen lasted just four days. He did not make an appearance. Hunter Strickland, acquired in a trade with the Angels on Saturday, was added to the active roster in a corresponding move.

Pop gave up a hit and a walk over two scoreless innings Sunday without striking out a batter in a loss to Atlanta.

The right-hander had been having a rough June, getting tagged for nine runs (eight earned) in his first three appearances of the month, but Pop was able to find his footing Sunday. The Rule 5 pick is averaging 95.3 mph with his fastball this year and has a solid 24.5 percent strikeout rate and 7.1 percent walk rate through his first 21.2 big-league innings, but his 6.65 ERA reflects stretches when he's been very hittable, and the Marlins aren't likely to use him in high-leverage spots any time soon.

Jackson gave up a hit and struck out one without allowing an earned run in two-thirds of an inning Sunday, recording his sixth hold of the season in a win over the Marlins.

He did allow two inherited runners to score after entering the game with two on and one out in the seventh inning, but they went on A.J. Minter's ledger. Jackson extended his scoreless streak to 12 appearances and 10.1 innings with the effort, and on the year he boasts a 1.11 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 22:11 K:BB over 24.1 frames.

Smith tossed two scoreless, no-hit innings in Sunday's loss to the Padres, walking two batters and striking out one.

The 27-year-old entered the game in the eighth inning with the Mets staring at a five-run deficit. Smith had been tagged for two home runs and four earned runs over his prior four appearances, so this was a nice bounce-back effort, but he remains far from high-leverage work. On the year, he carries a 3.00 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 12:6 K:BB through 12 innings.

Kimbrel allowed one walk but struck out the side to pick up his 18th save of the season in a 2-0 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.

Kimbrel continued his dominant form Sunday to pick up his third save in as many days. He struck out Dylan Carlson to begin the ninth before issuing a walk to Paul Goldschmidt but found his way out of any further trouble by striking out Nolan Arenado and Tyler O'Neill to end the game. The 33-year-old has returned to elite status this season, as his 18 saves are good for second in the majors and he owns a 0.66 ERA, 0.70 WHIP and a 45:9 K:BB over 27.1 innings.

Jansen pitched the ninth inning, allowing two hits and earning the save in the 5-3 win over the Rangers on Sunday.

Jansen inherited runners on the corners with no outs in the bottom of the ninth with a three-run lead. It was not the smoothest outing for him, as he allowed a single to the first two batters he faced. He then retired the next three batters in order while the bases were loaded to end the game. Jansen is 15-for-17 in save opportunities with a 1.69 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP in 26.2 innings.

Santillan didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Rockies after giving up one run on five hits and four walks while fanning five across 4.2 innings.

Santillan ended just one out away from securing the win in his MLB debut, though removing him with one out left in the fifth was probably the right decision considering he had walked two while also hitting Trevor Story in that same inning. Despite the command issues, it was a decent debut for Santillan, who took advantage of a favorable matchup against the Rockies away from Coors Field. He's expected to make another start next week and, tentatively, he'd line up to pitch in a far tougher matchup against the Padres on the road.

Voth (nose) played catch on the field Sunday prior to the Nationals' 5-0 win over the Giants, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

According to MLB.com, Voth has seen a dramatic reduction in the swelling around his fractured nose and left eye one week after being struck in the face by a pitch. Voth, who underwent surgery to reset his nose, is now beginning to ramp up again and could be ready to throw off a mound within the next few days. The 28-year-old should have a good chance to return from the injured list before the end of the month.

The Nationals optioned Machado to Triple-A Rochester following Saturday's doubleheader against the Giants.

After receiving his first big-league call-up since 2017, Machado went unused in both ends of the twin bill. With Washington needing to pare down its roster to 26 men prior to Sunday's series finale, Machado ended up being the casualty.
