Uceta was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

The 23-year-old was demoted over the weekend after serving as an opener Friday but will rejoin the Dodgers following Tuesday's doubleheader. Uceta surrendered two runs on four hits with two strikeouts and one walk across two innings during his major-league debut last week.

Martin (shoulder) will make rehab appearances with Triple-A Gwinnett on Wednesday and Saturday, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Martin has been sidelined for a month due to right shoulder inflammation, but he could rejoin Atlanta's bullpen after his pair of rehab appearances. The right-hander made just two relief appearances in the majors to begin the season but could see some high-leverage opportunities once he's cleared to return.

Miller was reinstated from the COVID-19 injured list and optioned to the alternate training site Wednesday, Tony Andracki of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Miller had been on the COVID-19 IL since the start of the regular season, but he'll now build up in Arizona before returning to game action. Once Miller is ready for game action, it's not yet clear whether he'll pitch in the majors or with Triple-A Iowa.

Suero (oblique) is scheduled to face four hitters and throw around 20-to-25 pitches in a simulated game Thursday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

He'll be entering the simulated game after fellow rehabbing pitcher Stephen Strasburg (shoulder), who is expected to toss 35-to-40 pitches. If Suero's oblique responds well to the outing, he could be sent to Triple-A Rochester for what would likely be a brief rehab assignment before he returns from the 10-day injured list.

White was charged with a blown save in Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Cubs as a result of giving up two runs (one earned) on one hit over one inning. He struck out one batter.

Usual closer Kenley Jansen pitched in the seventh inning, so after the Dodgers took a two-run lead in the top of the eighth, White came on in the bottom of the frame to try to close out the win. He retired the first two batters he faced before serving up a game-tying two-run homer to Javier Baez. The earned run was the first charged to White across 5.1 innings this season. He has posted a 3:3 K:BB.

The Cardinals recalled Flores from Triple-A Memphis ahead of Wednesday's doubleheader with the Mets, Zachary Silver of MLB.com reports.

Flores is designated as the 27th man, so he's expected to head back to the minors once the doubleheader is completed. He'll give the Cardinals another left-handed option out of the bullpen for the twin bill while Andrew Miller (toe) remains on the injured list.

Castro is scheduled to start the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader with the Cardinals, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

The Mets are still making Castro available out of the bullpen behind starter Marcus Stroman for the first game of the twin bill, suggesting that manager Luis Rojas is planning to use Castro as more of an opener for the nightcap than a traditional starter. Castro hasn't topped 31 pitches or recorded more than five outs in any of his 10 appearances this season, so he shouldn't be expected to work more than two innings in the second game before his night is over. Jordan Yamamoto and Sean Reid-Foley represent logical options to serve as a bulk reliever in Game 2, if the Mets decide to go that route.

Almonte (hand) will throw another simulated game in St. Louis this weekend, Kyle Newman of The Denver Post reports.

Almonte's simulated game Tuesday went well, so he'll complete another throwing session this weekend. If his next simulated game goes well, the right-hander could be in consideration for a rehab assignment in the near future. Almonte has been sidelined since April 29 due to a right hand contusion.

Giants manager Gabe Kapler said Wednesday that Rogers may be in the mix for more work in save situations, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Kapler's comments come less than 24 hours after closer Jake McGee was roughed up for four earned runs while recording just two outs in the Giants' loss to the Rockies in the second half of a doubleheader. Rogers, meanwhile, logged a clean inning in front of McGee to reduce his season ERA to a microscopic 1.02. Though Rogers doesn't miss many bats (5.1 K/9), he's been masterful at inducing weak contact and has already been battle tested in the ninth inning with a couple of saves on his ledger this season. With McGee having now given up at least one run in five of his last six appearances, his hold on the closer gig appears to be loosening, so Rogers makes sense as a speculative pickup in the event McGee fails to right the ship in his subsequent outings.

De Leon was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Wednesday.

De Leon had allowed at least two runs in each of his last three relief outings, and he has an 8.35 ERA and 1.80 ERA in 18.1 innings to begin the season. The right-hander lost out on his rotation spot in early April when Sonny Gray returned to action, and he's now off the big-league roster altogether for the time being. De Leon will attempt to sort things out in the minors after left-hander Cionel Perez was recalled Wednesday.
