The Rockies will select Garcia's contract from Triple-A Albuquerque ahead of Tuesday's game against the Red Sox, William Boor of MLB.com reports. He's expected to draw the start in his major-league debut.

One of the more well-regarded arms in the Colorado system, Garcia's long-term fantasy outlook is hindered by calling Coors Field his home park. The 25-year-old won't be eased into the majors with a soft outing, as he'll draw a home start against a Red Sox offense that ranks fifth in the big leagues in terms of wRC+ (111). The right-hander, who posted a 4.23 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 132:47 K:BB across 123.1 innings between Albuquerque and Double-A Hartford, will assume the rotation spot of German Marquez (arm), who was placed on the 10-day injured list a day earlier.

Young (6-3) picked up the win against the Giants on Monday, giving up two runs (one earned) on four hits over 5.1 innings, striking out four and walking two as the Diamondbacks prevailed 6-4.

Young followed up a quality start in his last outing against the Rockies with another solid effort, and was rewarded with his sixth win of the season. He's posted a few clunkers, but Young has mostly held his own in his 54.1 big-league innings this season, as he's sporting a 3.81 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 41:18 K:BB. He'll take the mound next in a tough matchup against the Dodgers at home on Sunday.

Beede (3-8) took the loss against the Diamondbacks on Monday, giving up three runs (one earned) on six hits over 5.2 innings, striking out four and walking none in a 6-4 defeat for the Giants.

It was the best stat line for the 26-year-old since his eight-inning shutout of the Mets on July 19, but he still wound up taking his eighth loss of the season as an error by his defense led to a pair of unearned runs. It was a nice outing, but Beede has done little of fantasy relevance this season, as he's still sporting a bloated 5.56 ERA and 1.59 WHIP across 92.1 innings.

Yates picked up the save against the Dodgers on Monday, striking out three without allowing a baserunner in a scoreless ninth inning to close out San Diego's 4-3 victory.

Yates had uncharacteristically given up a run in two out of his last three appearances, but he got back to his lights-out ways in this contest, striking out the side on 15 pitches and picking up his 38th save in 41 chances. The 32-year-old continues to post dominant numbers in 2019, as he's now sporting a 1.33 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 88:11 K:BB across 54 innings.

Gott walked off the mound with the team trainer during Monday night's game against the Diamondbacks, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Gott's velocity appeared down during his outing, and after receiving a visit from the trainer, he was removed from the contest. The details surrounding his injury have yet to be revealed.

Neris allowed one run on two hits over one inning Monday, striking out one batter and blowing the save in the win over Pittsburgh.

Neris coughed up a game-tying solo blast to Josh Bell in the ninth inning, but fortunately for him, Philadelphia would end up winning in extras. The 30-year-old is now 23-for-28 in save opportunities but this was his first blown chance since July 16. He now owns a 3.29 ERA alongside a 73:17 K:BB.

Floro (chest) threw a 25-pitch bullpen session Monday and will toss one inning for High-A Rancho Cucamonga on Thursday, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Floro landed on the 10-day injured list with a left intercostal strain Aug. 21. News of the bullpen session and upcoming rehab outing suggests that he should be ready to rejoin the Dodgers when eligible Saturday, though the transaction may be put on hold until rosters expand the following day. Floro has compiled a 3.89 ERA and 1.30 WHIP in 37 innings with the Dodgers this season.

Garcia could be recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque to start Tuesday's game against the Red Sox, Nick Groke of The Athletic reports.

Garcia was scratched from his scheduled start for the Isotopes on Monday, making it appear as though he'll be promoted to the big-league club in time for Tuesday's clash. He'd take the place of German Marquez, who was sent to the 10-day injured list Monday due to arm inflammation.

Hader threw a scoreless ninth inning in Sunday's loss to the Diamondbacks.

The Brewers trailed 5-2 when Hader entered Sunday's game, but because he had not taken the mound in eight days, manager Craig Counsell decided to give him some work despite the score. It's been a rough month for Hader, who has blown four saves in August and had allowed at least one earned run in five straight outings prior to Sunday's, but he should be plenty rested now, at least. Hader threw just 14 pitches Sunday, so he will presumably be available Monday if the Brewers find themselves in a save situation.

Quijada was optioned to Triple-A New Orleans on Monday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

The 23-year-old has thrown 24.1 innings for the Marlins this season, posting a 5.55 ERA and a worrying 8.23 FIP. His strong 29.9 percent strikeout rate hasn't been able to overcome a far too high 19.7 percent walk rate. Pablo Lopez returned from his shoulder injury in a corresponding move.
