The Diamondbacks recalled Clarke from Triple-A Reno ahead of Saturday's game against the Cubs.

Clarke has been a starting pitcher throughout his minor-league career, but he'll work out of the bullpen in what's expected to be a brief stint with the big club. After starter Merrill Kelly only lasted 3.2 innings in Friday's series opener, Clarke could be asked to provide some length in relief Saturday in order to limit the burden on Arizona's other bullpen arms.

Dominguez closed out the sixth inning of Friday's loss to the Rockies, striking out the only batter he faced.

Dominguez now has eight appearances on the season but has yet to be used in a true save opportunity -- his only blown save came in the eighth inning. That's been a function of game flow and bullpen strategy as much as anything, as the Phillies have had few save chances and have elected to use their top relievers in high-leverage situations throughout the game. Dominguez's 34.5 percent strikeout rate means he's still offering something in deep leagues, but he's yet to have an appearance longer than one inning, limiting his appeal.

Anderson struck out the side but gave up a solo home run in an inning of relief Friday to record his first hold of the season.

Brian Dozier ripped a first-pitch fastball down the left-field line to make it a 3-2 game, but otherwise Anderson remained dominant. The right-hander has worked his way into the late-inning mix for Miami with a 2.79 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and an eye-popping 20:2 K:BB through 9.2 innings, but Friday's homer was the second he's given up, continuing an issue that impacted his Triple-A campaign last year (1.2 HR/9). He remains an intriguing saves stash given the unsettled nature of the Marlins' bullpen, but for now Anderson's fantasy value is restricted to formats in which high-K relievers are worth roster spots.

Gsellman recorded the final two outs in the eighth inning to record his second hold of the season in Friday's win over the Cardinals.

The right-hander remains part of the setup mix in front of closer Edwin Diaz, although he's behind Jeurys Familia and Seth Lugo in the pecking order. Encouragingly, Gsellman's averaging a career-high 95.7 mph with his fastball, and his 3.27 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 13:2 K:BB through 11 innings give him some fantasy value in formats where high-K relievers are worth rostering.

Wilson gave up a hit and a walk without recording an out in Friday's win over the Cardinals.

Entering a 5-3 game in the eighth inning with a runner on second base and one out, Wilson promptly gave up an infield single to Dexter Fowler -- with the runner coming home on J.D. Davis' throwing error -- before uncorking a wild pitch that put Fowler at third and then walking Kolten Wong. Robert Gsellman replaced the southpaw and put out the fire. Wilson has a 3.24 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 8:4 K:BB with a win, a save and a hold in nine appearances (8.1 innings), and his role as the top lefty in the Mets' bullpen gives him some minor fantasy appeal in NL-only formats.

Grace recorded one out in Friday's loss to the Marlins.

Entering the game with the bases loaded in the sixth inning, the southpaw plunked Curtis Granderson with his first pitch to bring home what proved to be the winning run, but he then got Neil Walker to line out to second base before he was lifted for right-hander Joe Ross. Grace has made 11 appearances already this season, but eight of them have been for less than an inning, and his limited role -- not to mention his 7.71 ERA and 1.71 WHIP in seven frames -- keeps him off the fantasy radar, even in formats where non-closing relievers can have value.

Koch allowed two runs on two hits, two walks and two hit batsmen while striking out one over 4.1 innings of relief in Friday's 5-1 loss to the Cubs.

Starter Merrill Kelly had issues with his command throughout his 3.2 innings, walking seven and departing after 109 pitches. That's the ideal situation for Koch, who lost out on a bid to be a starter during spring training. This was the second time he's thrown four-plus innings in relief. It's been a rocky transition to the bullpen for Koch, who has given up 17 runs and six home runs over 13.1 innings.

Reyes will shift from the bullpen to the starting rotation for Triple-A Memphis beginning with a Saturday start against Round Rock, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports.

One of the main objectives for Reyes down on the farm is to refine his control after he issued six free passes over just three innings with the Cardinals to start the season. Reyes has continued to scuffle some with his location since arriving in Memphis earlier this month, walking another six batters in three scoreless relief efforts. The shift to the rotation will allow the developing 24-year-old to work on his pitches outside of game action, as he's slated to throw a bullpen session between each start. Reyes is expected to be limited to 40-50 pitches Saturday and will then stretch out progressively with each subsequent start.

Strahm allowed one run on two hits while striking out five over eight innings in a no-decision against the Reds on Friday. He did not issue a walk.

The lefty served up a homer to Eugenio Suarez in the first but was masterful after that, allowing only one batter to reach (on a softly-hit infield single) over his final seven frames. Strahm completed his eight innings on just 87 pitches, 62 of which went for strikes. After a rocky 2019 debut, Strahm has now gone 18 innings with just two earned runs allowed and an 11:2 K:BB over his last three starts. He will look to keep it going next weekend in Washington.

Diaz gave up a hit and a walk in a scoreless ninth inning while striking out one to record his seventh save of the season in a 5-4 win over the Cardinals.

Not much has gone right in the Mets' bullpen to begin the season, but the former Mariner has been as advertised in the closer role. Diaz now has a 1.17 ERA and 14:2 K:BB through 7.2 innings, and he has yet to blow a save opportunity.
