The Rockies designated Rogers for assignment Monday.

One day after getting optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque, Rogers now finds himself off the Rockies' 40-man roster after Colorado claimed lefty Antoine Kelly off waivers from Texas in a corresponding move. Before his demotion, Rogers had made five appearances at the big-league level this season, giving up seven earned runs on 12 hits and two walks over 9.1 innings. Rogers will likely stick around with the Rockies as bullpen depth at Albuquerque if he clears waivers.

Green picked up a four out save in Sunday's 8-7 win over the Diamondbacks. He allowed a hit and struck out one in a scoreless outing.

Green was able to help the Blue Jays hang on to the win after they blew a seven-run lead in the fifth. He allowed a two-out single to Christian Walker to put the tying run on base but was able to get Corbin Carroll to fly out to end the game. Green now has piled on four of his six saves this month despite allowing runs in three of his seven appearances. He'll head into the break boasting a sparkling 2.08 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 24:9 K:BB in 26 innings so far this season.

The Blue Jays optioned Eisert to Triple-A Buffalo on Monday.

Eisert's latest stint in the majors lasted just one day, with the left-hander ultimately going unused out of the bullpen in Sunday's 8-7 win over the Diamondbacks. The Blue Jays will announce a replacement for Eisert on the 26-man active roster when the team returns from the All-Star break.

Voth (2-4) took the loss and was charged with a blown save against the Angels on Sunday, allowing two earned runs on a hit and a walk over one-third of an inning. He struck out one.

Voth was put in a tough spot right from the onset, as he entered the game as an emergency replacement for Ryne Stanek, who was pulled due to back spasms after facing just one batter. Voth allowed a go-ahead three-run home run to Jo Adell after opening his outing by walking Zach Neto, giving the Angels a one-run lead they wouldn't relinquish. After an eight-appearance scoreless stretch, Voth heads into the All-Star break having surrendered a total of four runs (three earned), including two total homers, in two of his last three trips to the mound.

Stanek's exit from Sunday's game against the Angels after facing just one batter was due to back spasms, MLB.com reports.

Stanek issued a four-pitch walk to Mickey Moniak and was then visited by manager Scott Servais and a trainer before being pulled from the game. Servais subsequently clarified that back spasms were the source of the abrupt exit but did not provide any semblance of a return timetable for Stanek. The right-hander will naturally have an opportunity to recover during the All-Star break, but whether that will be enough time for Stanek to regain full health remains to be seen.

Stratton (tricep) will begin a rehab assignment Monday in the rookie-level Florida Complex League.

The right-hander has been on the shelf since June 14 with a tricep strain but has now reached the final stage of his throwing progression. He'll likely need at least a couple of tune-up outings in the minors before being activated from the 15-day injured list, potentially as soon as Friday, when the Pirates open their second-half schedule. Stratton turned in a 4.26 ERA and 1.11 WHIP while gathering two wins, one save and four holds over 31.2 innings before landing on the IL.

Iglesias picked up the save in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Padres, tossing a clean ninth inning while striking out a batter in the process.

Iglesias was able to preserve a three-run lead for Atlanta and help the team go into the break on a positive note. He began with a strikeout against Kyle Higashioka before retiring David Peralta and Jurickson Profar on a pair of lineouts. Iglesias hasn't allowed a run in each of his last eight appearances and last blew a save back on May 3. The 34-year-old isn't striking out as many batters as he has throughout his career but is still posting superb numbers. Iglesias is now up to 22 saves and will take a 2.02 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 31:7 K:BB (35.2 innings) into the second half of the season.

Small (oblique) threw a 20-pitch live batting practice session Friday, MLB.com reports.

Small had been vying for a spot in the Giants' Opening Day bullpen during spring training before sustaining a Grade 2 right oblique strain late in camp that resulted in him opening the season on the injured list. He was shut down for about two months before he was finally cleared to start playing catch, and he's been gradually increasing the volume and intensity of his throwing sessions. Now that he's resumed facing hitters, Small could be on the cusp of heading out on what will likely be an extended minor-league rehab assignment. The 27-year-old lefty still has a minor-league option remaining, so the Giants could send him to Triple-A Sacramento upon activating him from the 60-day IL if there isn't a spot for him in the big-league bullpen.

Beck (arm) threw a 40-pitch bullpen session at Oracle Park on Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Assuming Beck checked out fine following the extended side session, the Giants could clear him to resume facing hitters when the club reconvenes following the All-Star break. Beck has been on the shelf all season after he was diagnosed with an aneurysm in his upper right arm in spring training that necessitated surgery March 4. Though he was cleared for full baseball activities May 1, Beck has been building up slowly and is still likely multiple weeks away from returning from the 60-day injured list. With both Robbie Ray (elbow) and Alex Cobb (hip/shoulder) further along in their throwing programs and poised to beat him back from the IL to bolster the Giants' rotation depth, Beck will likely be ticketed for the bullpen once he's eventually activated.

Contreras notched his second career save in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Mariners, striking out one batter in a perfect ninth inning.

Contreras had started in each of his last three appearances, but he never got fully stretched out for a rotation spot, as he covered between two and three innings in those outings while delivering an 8.22 ERA and 2.35 WHIP. The Angels ended up turning to Carson Fulmer to replace Contreras in the rotation Sunday, but the latter still ended up being part of the team's pitching plan for the day. With all of Carlos Estevez, Luis Garcia and Ben Joyce having pitched both Friday and Saturday, the Angels turned to the well-rested Contreras to close out the game. Contreras got the job done without much drama, but he'll likely serve in more of a middle or long-relief role for the Halos once the team returns from the All-Star break.
