Kremer didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 10-7 loss to the Blue Jays after giving up two runs on three hits and three walks while striking out six over six innings.

The quality start was the second of the season for Kremer, who looked poised to pick up his first win of the campaign until the Baltimore bullpen squandered a 7-4 lead in the ninth inning. While wins will likely remain few and far between for Kremer while he pitches for a 23-47 Baltimore squad, he's performed well enough over his past two starts to at least stick in the rotation while John Means (shoulder) and Bruce Zimmermann (biceps) are on the shelf.

Manoah worked 3.1 innings and served up five runs on four hits -- all home runs -- and a walk while striking out six in Saturday's game against the Orioles. He didn't factor into the decision in Toronto's 10-7 win.

Manoah's day ended early after he was ejected in the fourth inning for hitting Maikel Franco with a pitch, but Toronto likely wouldn't have kept him in the game much longer anyway due to his struggles to rein in the long ball. Fortunately for Manoah, only one of the four home runs he allowed came with a runner on base, sparing him of major damage to his season-long ERA. He now sports a 4.18 ERA to go with a 1.14 WHIP and a 27:9 K:BB in 23.2 innings through his first five starts in the majors.

German did not factor in the decision against Oakland on Saturday despite allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out two.

The right-hander was hurt by a pair of solo homers and a fifth-inning two-run single. He failed to set down the side in order in any frame and was ousted during the fifth inning for the second straight contest. After registering a 2.35 ERA across nine starts from April 22 to June 6, German has surrendered 11 combined earned runs over 8.1 innings across his past two starts. He'll try to get back on track when he faces Boston on the road next weekend.

Gilbert completed 5.2 innings against the Rays on Saturday, giving up four runs on six hits and no walks while striking out seven in a no-decision.

Gilbert entered the contest having yielded only six earned runs over his previous 21.2 innings. He wasn't quite as effective against Tampa Bay, though the right-hander did manage to tie his season high with seven strikeouts while inducing 14 swings-and-misses. The rookie's campaign got off to a rough start with two straight losses, but he has avoided falling into the loss column in each of his past five outings. Gilbert will carry a 4.50 ERA into his next start, which is tentatively scheduled to come on the road against the White Sox next Saturday.

Valdez (4-0) allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and two walks while striking out five across seven innings, earning the win against the White Sox on Saturday.

Valdez gave up just two extra-base hits Saturday that led to both of his earned runs scoring. One was a third-inning double by Yoan Moncada and the other was a solo home run in the seventh inning by Andrew Vaughn. The 27-year-old has been stellar in the month of June since missing the first two months of the season with a fractured finger. He hasn't lost in five starts and carries a 1.67 ERA and a 0.99 WHIP in 32.1 innings.

Sandoval (2-2) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out nine in 5.2 innings, earning the win Saturday versus Detroit.

Sandoval got into a bit of trouble in the sixth inning, and the southpaw was pulled with two outs in the frame as Detroit had a sequence of four right-handed hitters due up. He has yet to allow more than two earned runs in a start this season. The southpaw has a 3.69 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 40:15 K:BB across 39 innings. He's now started his last six appearances -- it appears Sandoval has solidified a spot in the rotation. He projects to face Tampa Bay next weekend.

Lynn (7-3) allowed six runs (five earned) on eight hits and one walk while striking six across four innings, taking the loss Saturday to the Astros.

Lynn surrendered four runs in the third inning to total six runs in his four innings pitched. Despite not letting any balls leave the park, he had his shortest and worst start this season. He at least managed to amass six strikeouts before leaving early in the game. The 34-year-old has a 2.02 ERA and a 1.00 WHIP with a 10.2 K/9 in 75.2 innings. He will look to get back on track in a favorable matchup next weekend against the Mariners.

Keller (6-7) took the loss Saturday, coughing up five runs on five hits and three walks over five innings as the Royals fell 7-1 to the Red Sox. He struck out four.

The right-hander held Boston's bats mostly in check until the fifth inning, when a two-run homer by J.D. Martinez capped a four-run rally that put the game out of reach for Kansas City. Keller lasted at least five innings for the ninth straight start, but he's been far from effective lately, getting tagged for at least five runs in each of his last three trips to the mound. He'll take a 6.34 ERA and 64:34 K:BB through 71 innings into his next outing.

Perez (5-4) picked up the win in Saturday's 7-1 victory over the Royals, allowing one run on three hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out three.

The lefty wasn't exactly efficient, tossing 43 of 78 pitches for strikes before exiting, but the Red Sox offense gave Perez more than enough support to end his brief two-game losing streak. He'll take a 4.32 ERA and 57:24 K:BB through 66.2 innings into his next outing.

Manager Scott Servais said Saturday that Dunn has been diagnosed with a right shoulder strain and won't throw for about two weeks, Justice delos Santos of MLB.com reports.

Dunn returned from shoulder inflammation June 10, but after just two starts back in the rotation, the young right-hander landed on the IL once again Friday with discomfort in his right shoulder. Dunn missed less than two weeks during his previous June IL stint, but based on Servais' timeline, he'll be out longer this time around. It's not entirely clear what the plan will be once the 25-year-old is ready to resume throwing in early July, but a rehab start could be in the cards prior to his activation.
