Greinke (5-2) allowed a run on six hits and a walk with four strikeouts in eight innings in a win over San Diego on Sunday.

The right-hander only allowed a solo home run to Webster Rivas in the fifth inning. Greinke has gone eight innings with one or fewer runs allowed in three of his 12 starts this season. He's posted a 3.67 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 57:15 K:BB across 73.2 innings overall. He lines up to face Toronto in next weekend's series.

Garcia was optioned to Triple-A Toledo following Sunday's win over the Yankees.

Garcia surrendered two runs while recording two outs during Sunday's contest and will now make his way to the minors. Rony Garcia will be recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Manager Dusty Baker said McCullers (shoulder) threw Sunday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

The next step in his recovery remains unclear, but it's nonetheless a good sign to see McCullers back to throwing after landing on the injured list with a sore right shoulder Wednesday. It's expected to be a short-term injury, though that doesn't necessarily mean he'll have a minimum-length stay on the shelf.

Schmidt (elbow) threw a bullpen session Sunday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

The 25-year-old has slowly been building up his arm by playing long toss over the past few weeks, but he's now thrown his first bullpen session since suffering the elbow strain in February. Schmidt should continue throwing bullpen sessions over the next couple weeks before facing live hitters.

Maeda has recovered from the right groin strain that landed him on the injured list, but he won't resume throwing until general soreness in his right arm subsides, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

The 33-year-old has apparently been battling the soreness throughout the first two months of the season, so he's taking a bit more rest after his most recent bullpen session. Maeda will be eligible to return from the injured list Wednesday, but at this point he seems likely to be sidelined until at least mid June.

Luzardo (hand) was activated off the 10-day injured list Sunday.

The left-hander was activated as expected Sunday, and he'll initially work out of the bullpen after spending nearly a month on the injured list with a fractured finger. Luzardo should rejoin the starting rotation before too long, but for now he'll operate as a reliever.

Rodriguez won't start as scheduled Sunday against the Marlins since the game was postponed due to inclement weather, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

The postponement is expected to push Rodriguez back a day, as he's the probable starter for Monday's game at Houston. It's unclear when Sunday's contest will be made up.

Bielak was optioned to Triple-A Sugar Land on Sunday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

The 25-year-old allowed four unearned runs over the past two days and will head to the minors in favor of a fresh arm. Bielak has a 3.97 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 17:8 K:BB across 22.2 innings for Houston this season.

Cortes had his contract selected by the Yankees on Sunday.

The 26-year-old has a 1.20 ERA, 0.60 WHIP and 18:1 K:BB over 15 innings for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this season to earn the promotion. Cortes could be a long reliever option behind Sunday's spot starter, Michael King.

Urquidy (shoulder) is scheduled to come off the injured list to start Monday against the Red Sox, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The 26-year-old covered 3.2 innings during his lone rehab start with Double-A Corpus Christi on Wednesday, and he apparently showed enough to make his return from the injured list. Urquidy threw 63 pitches during that contest, so he could face some workload limitations in his first big-league start since May 12.
