Keuchel was limited to five innings during Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Twins due to a stomach issue, James Fegan of The Athletic reports. He allowed one unearned run on seven hits with four strikeouts and two walks, and he did not factor in the decision.

The veteran southpaw was still able to reach 85 pitches Tuesday, so the illness likely only shortened the outing by an inning. There was plenty of traffic on the bases, but Keuchel escaped without allowing an earned run as he didn't give up any extra-base hits. The 32-year-old has a 2.42 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 30:12 K:BB through 48.1 innings, and he lines up to start Sunday in Kansas City, assuming the stomach issue presents no further complications.

Farrell was activated from the COVID-19 injured list Tuesday and sent to the Rangers' alternate training site.

Farrell made three appearances for the Rangers early in the season, allowing five runs in 3.1 innings of work. If he returns at some point down the stretch, it will likely be in a low-leverage role.

Turnbull is dealing with a stiff back but is expected to be fine for his start Wednesday against the Brewers, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.

While the issue led to the Tigers giving Turnbull some extra rest -- he'll start for the first time in over a week -- it doesn't appear to be particularly concerning. The righty owns a 2.97 ERA through six starts this season.

Luzardo now won't start until Friday at the earliest, as the final game of the Athletics' three-game series against the Mariners was postponed Tuesday.

Luzardo had been the A's next scheduled starter when their season was put on pause Sunday due to a positive COVID-19 test within the organization. The team will wind up sitting for at least five days while conducting testing and contact tracing. It's not yet clear whether or not they'll take the field Friday against the Padres, nor is it clear if it'll be Luzardo on the mound when they eventually return.

Hill didn't factor into the decision in Monday's contest between the Twins and the White Sox. He allowed two runs on three hits and four walks while fanning two across 3.1 innings.

Hill is yet to pitch past the fifth inning this season, and the results haven't been encouraging -- he has registered more walks than strikeouts in two of his last three outings. He owns a 10:10 K:BB and 1.44 WHIP in 16 innings across four starts.

Giolito allowed four runs (two earned) on four hits and one walk while striking out eight over five innings in a no-decision against the Twins on Monday.

Giolito was less sharp Monday, working on an extra day of rest, following his no-hitter last Tuesday. The five innings were a grind for the right-hander, who needed 94 pitches to get 15 outs, but he was picked up by one of the league's most prolific offenses. Over his last three starts, Giolito has allowed two earned runs while fanning 34 over 21 innings. His next start comes Saturday on the road against the Royals.

Rodon (shoulder) threw a 60-pitch, three-inning bullpen session Sunday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

That the White Sox didn't make any major moves at the trade deadline suggests they are confident Rodon can return soon. The left-hander was pulled after his second start this season with shoulder soreness.

Gonzales (4-2) picked up the win Monday against the Angels, allowing one run on four hits and a walk while tossing his second career complete game. He struck out seven.

Gonzales fell behind 1-0 after allowing a solo homer to Justin Upton in the second inning, but that would be all the Angels could muster off the southpaw. The 28-year-old allowed just two hits across his final seven innings and the Mariners plated a pair of runs to get him his fourth win. The gem has Gonzales's ERA down to a strong 3.09 to go along with 39 strikeouts on the campaign. Seattle's pitching plans aren't clear at the moment, with the first two games of their scheduled series against Oakland being postponed. That being said, the lefty figures to take the ball some time during the weekend series against Texas.

Bieber pitched six scoreless innings, allowing just one hit and four walks while striking out nine versus the Royals on Monday. He did not factor in the decision.

Bieber was fantastic and Cleveland's offense scraped together a run in the seventh inning to put him in line for the win. James Karinchak dashed those hopes in the eighth, allowing a pair of runs as Cleveland went on to lose the contest. It's just the second time in eight starts Bieber hasn't gotten a win. The right-hander has a 1.20 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 84 strikeouts across 52.2 innings this year, to go with a perfect 6-0 record. His next start lines up for Sunday versus the Brewers.

Anderson allowed a run on three hits while fanning eight across five innings pitched in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Orioles. He did not factor in the decision and did not issue a walk.

The Jays were careful with Anderson once again, pulling him after five innings and 84 pitches despite the right-hander appearing to be in full control. The 32-year-old's eight strikeouts shattered his previous season high of three. He was in line to pick up his first win after Toronto took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the fifth, but had to settle for his fifth consecutive no-decision after the Orioles tied the game in the sixth. Nonetheless, it was Anderson's best start of the season and he will look to keep his momentum going Sunday in Boston.
