Luzardo will start Game 3 of Triple-A Las Vegas' playoff series against Sacramento, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The promising southpaw wrapped up the Aviators' regular season with some momentum, as he mowed down 10 Tacoma Rainiers over six innings Friday. Luzardo still has a chance to log big-league innings this season after Las Vegas' postseason run concludes.

Glasnow (forearm) fired 1.1 scoreless innings in which he allowed two hits and two walks while recording three strikeouts in Triple-A Durham's loss to Gwinnett on Monday.

Glasnow was making his second rehab appearance for the Bulls and stretched his arm out to 33 pitches. Glasnow's forearm seems to be back to full strength, with Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reporting the right-hander's fastball was consistently in the 97-99 mph range. Glasnow is expected to serve as a multi-inning asset at the big-league level for the remainder of the campaign, although whether that work will come as a primary pitcher following an opener or as a traditional starter on an innings limit remains to be seen.

Civale (3-3) got the win against the White Sox on Monday, giving up three runs (one earned) on seven hits over five innings, striking out four and walking three in an 11-3 victory for the Indians.

He missed a quality start by one inning, but it was still another solid stat line for the 24-year-old, as only two of the runs against him were earned thanks to a pair of errors from his defense. Civale has been lights-out in his 41.2 big-league innings so far, posting a 1.94 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 34:9 K:BB. He'll have a tough matchup for his next start, which is set for a Saturday road bout with the Twins.

Odorizzi surrendered three runs on five hits while striking out seven over five innings Monday against the Tigers.

Odorizzi gave up one run in the first inning on a solo homer, and he allowed two more runs in the fifth, but the Twins would go on to win the contest by a score of 4-3. The 29-year-old has been solid of late, holding the opposition to three or fewer earned runs in each of his last seven starts. Odorizzi owns a 3.61 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with a 152:49 K:BB over 142 innings this season.

Cole allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out 14 over six innings, getting a no-decision in Monday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Brewers.

Cole recorded double-digit strikeouts for the 16th time in 28 starts, narrowly missing out on a win when Milwaukee's Christian Yelich hit a ninth-inning home run off closer Roberto Osuna. While he didn't get the win, Cole ran his unbeaten streak to 17 games, a stretch during which he's posted a 2.06 ERA with a 13.1 K/9. Next on the docket for Cole is a start at home against the Mariners on Sunday.

Berrios will now start Wednesday in Boston instead of Tuesday as originally expected, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

The reason for the switch isn't immediately clear. Randy Dobnak will get the start Tuesday. Berrios loses out on a potential two-start week this week but could get one next week, possibly pitching Tuesday against the Washington and Sunday against Cleveland.

Chirinos played catch again prior to Sunday's game with his injured middle finger taped, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Chirinos appears to be tolerating the catch sessions well, but he's yet to throw off a mound. The right-hander remains without a timetable for return, and Topkin separately reports Chirinos is a "long way away" from returning.

Snell (elbow) threw 18 pitches during his second bullpen session Sunday, the Associated Press reports.

Snell upped his pitch count slightly over that of his first session as he continues on his quest to return later in September. The left-hander is likely to throw at least one more bullpen with a slightly higher workload before the next step in his recovery is determined.

Severino (lat) will make another rehab appearance Friday for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.

The Yankees are trying to get Severino ready to go after missing the entire season to date with a lat strain. He struggled in his only rehab appearance thus far and doesn't have much time to make it back before the end of the season, though he's expected to initially work out of the bullpen, so he won't have to build up to a starter's workload before being activated.

Giolito (14-8) yielded four runs on four hits and a walk over six innings Sunday, striking out seven batters and taking the loss against Atlanta.

Giolito was terrorized by Freddie Freeman, giving up a pair of two-run homers to the Braves slugger. On the bright side, he retired 14 straight batters after allowing the first long ball. The 25-year-old owns a 3.30 ERA and 210:55 K:BB. He'll face the Angels at home Friday.
