Mike Clevinger RP | PIT
Indians' Mike Clevinger: Performing well as back-end starter
Clevinger went 1-1 with a 4.26 ERA and 23:10 K:BB over four starts in June.
The sophomore continues to fill a rotation role nicely for Cleveland. Clevinger's second month as a starter wasn't as pretty as the first, but his overall 3.56 ERA and 1.19 WHIP are strong, and the 26-year-old's 10.3 K/9 is outstanding. Unfortunately, his inability to work deep into games limits his fantasy appeal.

Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Shelled in five June starts
Bundy struggled to a 2-3 record and 5.93 ERA over five June starts, allowing a career-worst seven home runs during the month.
The young gun opened 2017 without allowing a home run through his first 26.1 innings (four starts), but he's surrendered at least one deep fly in 11 of 12 outings since then, including four multi-homer games. Bundy enters May with a 3.73 ERA, but has performed admirably overall. His eight wins are good for fifth-best in the AL, and Bundy's 99 innings pitched rank in the league's top 10. The 24-year-old righty is on pace to log more than 200 innings and notch 150 punchouts this season.

Kevin Gausman SP | CHC
Orioles' Kevin Gausman: Struggles continue through June
Gausman's struggles continued in June, when he went 1-3 with a 6.41 ERA and 1.84 WHIP over 26.2 innings.
Gausman has been one of the most disappointing players through the first half of 2017. The fantasy world set high expectations for the 26-year-old in his fifth MLB season, but he's come nowhere close to meeting those hopes. Gausman's ERA is second-worst among 73 qualified MLB pitchers, and his WHIP ranks dead last. In an unbelievable turn of events since March, the right-hander is not even worthy of rostering in a majority of formats.

Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Starting Saturday vs. Rays
Bundy will start Saturday's home game against Tampa Bay, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.
The O's rotation entered the weekend series with a bit of uncertainty, but things have panned out and Bundy will go against the Rays for a second straight game. He threw seven quality innings in last Saturday's victory in Tampa and owns a 3.38 ERA, .200 BAA and 11:6 BB:K over two starts against the Rays this season.

Carlos Carrasco RP | ATL
Indians' Carlos Carrasco: Wins four June starts despite struggles
Despite escaping with a 4-1 record in June, Carrasco posted an uninspiring 5.01 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in 32.1 innings over five starts.
The righty's performance in June was way off what he showed in the campaign's first two months. Carrasco's effort over the last 30 days ballooned his ERA from 2.89 to 3.67, but owners of the 30-year-old have to be happy with the pitcher's performance overall. Carrasco opens July ranked in the AL's top five for wins (eight) and WHIP, while his 96 strikeouts place ninth in the league.

Marcus Stroman SP | NYY
Blue Jays' Marcus Stroman: Rolls into summer looking good
In five June starts, Stroman went 2-2 with a 3.69 ERA and 28 strikeouts over 31.2 innings.
The right-hander's ERA continued to rise in June, but his strikeout ratios and .240 BAA were Stroman's best so far in 2017. His six home runs allowed were a career high for any single month, although he still managed to walk away with quality starts in all but one outing. Stroman nears the halfway mark ranking in the AL's top 10 for wins (eight), innings pitched (100.1) and ERA (3.41). The 24-year-old is currently on pace to set career-best marks in games started, wins and strikeouts.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Will throw bullpen Saturday
Rodriguez (knee) has joined the Red Sox in Toronto and will throw a bullpen session Saturday, Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald reports.
Rodriguez made his first rehabilitation start Thursday and the results were not hopeful. He allowed six runs (five earned) on nine hits over three innings and 69 pitches (46 strikes) for Double-A Portland. The Red Sox are holding out hope the left-hander will return before the All-Star break, and we'll know more following Saturday's bullpen session under the watchful eye of Boston's coaching staff.

Joe Musgrove SP | SD
Astros' Joe Musgrove: Dominant start at Triple-A
Musgrove pitched seven scoreless innings for Triple-A Fresno on Thursday. He allowed one hit and two walks while striking out seven.
The recently demoted right-hander induced a couple of double plays and faced one batter over the minimum. Musgrove's ERA in the majors shot up to 6.01 before his demotion last weekend. If he continues to pitch as he did Thursday, his stay in the minors won't last long. Musgrove is eligible to be recalled next Tuesday, although it's likely the Astros want to see more than one start from Musgrove to be convinced he's ready for MLB hitters.

Chris Bassitt SP | BAL
Athletics' Chris Bassitt: Next rehab appearance set
Bassitt (elbow) will make another rehab appearance for High-A Stockton on Sunday, Alex Simon of MLB.com reports.
Bassitt will put in a two-inning, 30-pitch stint Sunday if all goes according to plan, following a Wednesday outing in which he worked one inning and recorded a pair of strikeouts. Manager Bob Melvin added that the most likely big-league role for the 28-year-old right-hander in 2017 would be as a reliever, since sufficiently stretching him out for a starting spot at this point in the season would prove challenging.

Lance McCullers SP | MIL
Astros' Lance McCullers: Can't complete six innings Friday
McCullers allowed three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out six over 5.1 innings but didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 13-4 loss to the Yankees.
He ran up his pitch count, throwing just 57 of 97 pitches for strikes, but McCullers was actually in line for a win before he exited the game with runners on first and second and one out in the sixth and had to watch both Yankees come around to score as the Astros bullpen imploded. The right-hander will make his next start Thursday on the road against the Blue Jays.
