Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Takes loss Sunday
Odorizzi (3-5) gave up four runs on six hits and a walk over five innings Sunday, striking out four, in a loss to the Red Sox.
He wasn't particularly sharp, throwing 52 of 86 pitches for strikes and generating just six swinging strikes, but with David Price dealing for Boston, Odorizzi would have needed to be just about perfect to have a shot at a win. He's managed just one quality start over his last six outings, adding a full run to his ERA over that stretch to send it soaring to a season-high 4.47 heading into the All-Star break.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Quality start versus Athletics
Keuchel allowed just one run with five strikeouts and two walks across seven strong innings Sunday versus the Athletics. He did not factor into the decision.
Keuchel threw the ball well, as he pounded the zone at a 62-percent clip and induced nine swinging strikes, but he was on the hook for the loss until Evan Gattis tied the game in the bottom of the ninth. The 2015 Cy Young award winner has struggled to replicate his previous form this season, but he has now pieced together five consecutive quality starts and has lowered his ERA nearly a full run to 4.80. His next outing will come after the All-Star break.

Carlos Carrasco RP | ATL
Indians' Carlos Carrasco: Betrayed by defense Sunday
Carrasco (5-3) lasted just 3.2 innings Sunday, allowing five runs (one earned) on five hits and two walks while striking out four in a loss to the Yankees.
The Indians committed two errors behind him, adding to Carrasco's pitch count and eventually forcing him from the game after 81 pitches, but at least the shaky defense helped him avoid too much damage to his ERA. He got out of the game in the nick of time too, as the Yankees exploded for six runs in the top of the fifth inning. Carrasco will carry a career-best 2.47 ERA into the second half, but his 1.10 WHIP and 72:20 K:BB in 73 innings are a little off the pace he set in 2014-2015.

Nathan Eovaldi SP | TEX
Yankees' Nathan Eovaldi: Picks up relief win Sunday
Eovaldi (7-6) threw 4.1 scoreless innings Sunday, allowing just one hit and three walks while striking out three, to pick up his first career relief win in an 11-7 victory over the Indians.
It's a nice bonus for anyone with Eovaldi shares after they got the bad news he'd been dropped from the rotation heading into the All-Star break. The outing might be enough to allow him to regain his starting role in the second half, but Luis Severino also seems to have turned things around at Triple-A so there's no guarantee Eovaldi will be the Yankees first choice when they need a fifth starter again.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Makes adjustment in delivery
Rodriguez made the necessary adjustments to his delivery so that he is no longer tipping his pitches, Meredith Perri of Mass Live reports. "I think by all reports and watching video of him, it looks like he's gained some comfort with the hand position that has been widely talked about," manager John Farrell said. "So required and needed adjustments have been made."
The organization's main goals for Rodriguez when he was optioned two weeks ago was to eliminate the pitch-tipping and gain more confidence in his slider. He showed progress in both areas during his two-start stint with Triple-A Pawtucket. At the time of the demotion, the Red Sox envisioned multiple starts for the left-hander, but they are desperate for healthy starters so he gets back to MLB more quickly.

Taijuan Walker SP | LAA
Mariners' Taijuan Walker: Could return in two weeks
Walker could return to the Mariners in two weeks after a specialist confirmed the initial diagnosis of tendinitis in his foot, Shannon Drayer of MyNortwest.com reports.
This is good news for Walker, who was placed on the disabled list on July 6. Although he may not return when first eligible, he should be back in the Mariners rotation before the end of July. Walker currently owns a 3.66 ERA in 86 innings with Seattle in 2016.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Set to make first start following All-Star Break
Rodriguez will start the first game after the All-Star Break, Scott Lauber of ESPN.com reports.
After struggling mightily with the Red Sox this season, going 1-3 with a 8.59 ERA over six starts, Rodriguez was sent down to Triple-A to regain his form. It appears he's found something in the minors as he's limited opponents to five hits and three walks in 10 combined innings over his two starts for Triple-A Pawtucket. The 23-year-old southpaw will look to carry over that success as he faces the Yankees on July 15 to start the season's second half.

Wade Miley SP | CIN
Mariners' Wade Miley: Battered for 10 hits in Saturday loss
Miley gave up four runs on 10 hits and two walks over 5.1 innings in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Royals. He struck out four.
Miley gave up three doubles, all in a three-run second inning. The Mariners have few options because of injuries, otherwise Miley's spot in the rotation might be in jeopardy. He's allowed at least four runs in five of his last eight starts and nine of 16 this season.

Lance McCullers SP | MIL
Astros' Lance McCullers: Out after four innings in Saturday loss
McCullers (4-3) gave up three earned runs on seven hits and four walks over four innings in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the A's. He struck out six.
The 22-year-old had control problems once again, issuing multiple free passes for the ninth time in his 10 starts this season. McCullers also surrendered the most earned runs he'd given up over the last four trips to the mound, and the four-inning stint was his shortest of the season. He'll look to rebound in his first post-All-Star break start.

Ricky Nolasco SP | ARI
Twins' Ricky Nolasco: Earns fourth win
Nolasco gave up four runs (three earned) over six innings on nine hits with two strikeouts to improve to 4-7 in Saturday's win over the Rangers.
It was a pretty typical outing for Nolasco as he didn't walk a batter (1.8 BB/9 this season) but also gave up nine hits (10.7 H/9). He's made all 18 starts in the first half and provides innings but he hasn't put his team in a position to win most games.
