Corey Kluber SP | BOS
Indians' Corey Kluber: Next start moved from Monday to Tuesday
Kluber will have his next start pushed back to Tuesday against the Braves, Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Kluber was originally scheduled to pitch the series opener Monday, but the Indians are building in an extra day of rest for him after he covered all nine innings in a shutout of the Rays last Tuesday, during which he threw 115 pitches. The decision shouldn't really change Kluber's fantasy outlook, as he'll still be in line for a two-start week, though the latter of those two turns comes against a surging Jays lineup.

Carlos Carrasco RP | ATL
Indians' Carlos Carrasco: Fires complete-game shutout Saturday
Carrasco threw a complete-game, four-hit shutout in Saturday's 6-0 victory over the Tigers, surrendering only one walk and striking out seven.
The talented righty has certainly endured his share of ups and downs this season, but Saturday's effort was a reminder of how dominant he can still be. Carrasco fired 82 of 117 pitches across the strike zone, and also induced 15 swinging strikes. The 29-year-old now has three straight quality starts and has his ERA back down to a solid 2.73 after a couple of difficult outings earlier in June. He'll try to extend his stellar stretch Thursday versus the Blue Jays.

Kevin Gausman SP | CHC
Orioles' Kevin Gausman: Scores first win with seven-plus shutout innings
Gausman (1-5) struck out seven and gave up just four hits over 7.2 scoreless innings in a 5-0 victory over the Rays in the matinee game of Saturday's doubleheader.
The 25-year-old right-hander finally got into the win column with one of his best performances of the season. He threw 75 of 113 pitches for strikes, notched first-pitch strikes on 15 of 27 batters and induced 12 swinging strikes overall. The 25-year-old will look to keep the positive momentum going next Friday versus the Mariners.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Allows three bombs in no-decision against Orioles
Odorizzi (3-3) took a no-decision, allowing five runs on eight hits over six innings, including three homers in a loss to the Orioles on Saturday night. He also struck out one and walked one.
Tampa Bay spotted Odorizzi a four-run lead, but he left with just a one-run cushion after six. When Odorizzi has run into trouble this season, it's usually been because of homers. Since May 13, he's allowed 12 bombs in 48.2 innings, giving him a 2.22 HR/9 rate over the last nine starts. The good news is despite the high amount of home runs, Odorizzi has a respectable 3.93 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 83 strikeouts in 89.1 innings. His next start will be Thursday against Detroit.

Henderson Alvarez SP | WAS
Athletics' Henderson Alvarez: Shut down for three weeks
Alvarez (shoulder) will not throw for three weeks, Joe Stiglich of CSN California reports.
The right-hander visited Dr. James Andrews a couple times this week following another setback with his injured shoulder last weekend. Fortunately, there was no recommendation for another surgery, but Alvarez did receive a PRP injection and will need a few weeks to let the treatment take effect. A return before the end of July would seem unlikely.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Rangers' Yu Darvish: Slated for bullpen session Sunday
Darvish (shoulder) will throw a bullpen session Sunday, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Sunday's bullpen will be Darvish's first since he landed back on the DL earlier this month. It's a step in the right direction, but he's not expected to be ready for a simulated game for another week or so. Darvish may have his work cut out for him to return before the All-Star break.

Henderson Alvarez SP | WAS
Athletics' Henderson Alvarez: Moved to 60-day DL
Alvarez (shoulder) was moved to the 60-day DL on Saturday, Joe Stiglich of CSN California reports.
The move is essentially a formality, as it frees up a spot on the 40-man roster, which the A's will use to add Dillon Overton. As for Alvarez, he continues to experience soreness in his throwing shoulder and met with Dr. James Andrews twice in the last week. The move to the 60-day DL indicates that Oakland is in no hurry to rush him back into throwing after he was shut down during his last rehab start.

Marcus Stroman SP | NYY
Blue Jays' Marcus Stroman: In danger of being sent down to minors
If Stroman cannot turn around his season soon, the Blue Jays will considering sending him to Triple-A Buffalo to sort things out, the Toronto Sun reports.
In his past seven starts, Stroman has an ERA of 7.59 and opponents are hitting .353 with an on-base percentage of .400. He has a big start coming up Sunday against the White Sox, and if he delivers more of the same, the Jays will no doubt have to consider giving Stroman some time at Buffalo to work on his game. They have a viable option at Triple-A Buffalo in Drew Hutchison, who has compiled a solid 2.87 ERA and 1.09 WHIP over 13 starts, averaging better than a strikeout per inning.
-
Tommy Milone SP | SEA
Twins' Tommy Milone: Struggles in return to majors
Milone gave up four runs (only one earned) on six hits with two walks and just one strikeout over 3.2 innings in Friday's loss to the Yankees.
It seems to be the same story for Milone, who dominated Triple-A after his demotion (1.66 ERA and 41:4 K:BB in 48.2 innings), but struggles in the majors. He'll likely stick in the rotation since the Twins have few better options at the moment.

Carlos Rodon SP | NYY
White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Strikes out eight in no decision Friday
Rodon allowed two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out eight over 5.2 innings, but received no decision Friday against the Blue Jays.
Rodon had a 2-1 lead before giving up a run in the sixth inning to keep him from a potential victory. He now has held opponents to two or fewer earned runs in six of his last seven starts to lower his ERA to 4.09. He'll make his next start Thursday against the Twins.
