The White Sox placed Clevinger on the 15-day injured list Tuesday, retroactive to May 25, with right elbow inflammation, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Clevinger had been slated to start Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays but has landed on the IL instead. It's not yet clear how serious the injury is or how much time Clevinger might miss. Jake Woodford is coming up from Triple-A Charlotte to start Tuesday, and he could be needed for multiple outings.

Drohan (shoulder) has been transferred to Triple-A Charlotte to continue his rehab assignment, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Coming back from left shoulder nerve decompression surgery, Drohan has allowed six runs (five earned) with a 10:4 K:BB over 5.1 innings in his first five rehab appearances. The Rule 5 pick could use most, if not all, of his 30 allotted rehab days.

Valdez (3-3) took the loss against Seattle on Monday, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks while striking out four batters over six innings.

Valdez looked to be in for a rough night after giving up three runs on four hits in the first inning, but he settled in from there and yielded just two hits and no runs the rest of the way. That allowed him to squeak by with a quality start, though he nonetheless ended with his second straight loss. Valdez gave up eight runs over five frames against the Angels in his previous appearance, so this was a decent bounce-back despite the difficult first inning. The left-hander tentatively lines up to face Minnesota at home in his next start.

Miller (4-5) earned the win over Houston on Monday, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six batters over six innings.

Miller came into the contest having lost three consecutive outings, during which he posted a 5.71 ERA. The right-hander bounced back with his sixth quality start of the season and his sixth outing with at least six strikeouts. Miller has posted a 3.48 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 62:18 K:BB through 64.2 innings on the campaign.

Curry (0-1) allowed seven runs (six earned) on six hits and two walks over 3.1 innings Monday, striking out three and taking a loss against the Rockies.

Curry gave up one run through three frames before a disastrous fourth inning. The Rockies piled on six runs, capped off by Charlie Blackmon's three-run homer. Curry gave up two runs through 9.1 innings in his first two MLB starts this season but saw his ERA jump to 5.68 after Monday's rough outing. He's currently in line for a home matchup with the Nationals this weekend, but it's unclear if he'll get another turn in the rotation.

Bassitt (5-6) prematurely left Monday's game against the White Sox with neck spasms, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports. He allowed five hits and zero walks while striking out seven over five scoreless innings, earning the win.

It was reported after the game that Bassitt was questionable to start due to the injury, but he toughed it out and pitched five dominant innings. It is encouraging that the 36-year-old was able to play through the injury, but the severity is still unknown. The right-hander will try to heal up for his next start, tentatively scheduled for this weekend versus Pittsburgh.

Nastrini (0-4) took the loss Monday against Toronto, allowing three earned runs on three hits and four walks over five innings. He struck out five.

The 24-year-old struggled with his control yet again, walking four or more batters for the third consecutive start. The right-hander has been erratic all season, compiling a dismal 13:17 K:BB across four starts. Nastrini was serviceable in this one, but he won't find consistent success in the majors until he cleans up his control. He now owns a 9.92 ERA and 2.20 WHIP in 16.1 innings.

Ryan (4-3) earned the win Monday against the Royals, allowing one run on four hits and no walks over seven innings. He struck out nine.

Ryan dominated the Royals, generating an impressive 15 whiffs en route to his nine punchouts. With Monday's effort, the 27-year-old righty collected his eighth quality start of the season. Overall, Ryan sports a 2.96 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 73:9 K:BB in 67 innings. He is tentatively scheduled to pitch against the Astros on the road in his next start.

Marsh (4-2) took the loss Monday against Minnesota, allowing five runs on five hits and two walks over seven innings. He struck out seven.

Marsh was done in by two swings of the bat -- a Jose Miranda two-run homer in the third and a Trevor Larnach three-run blast in the fifth. The Kansas City right-hander has been productive since returning from an elbow injury May 10, firing a 3.86 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 26:7 K:BB in 23.1 innings. Overall, his ERA now sits at 3.24 with a 43:14 K:BB over 50 innings. Marsh is slated to face the Padres at home in his next start.

The Astros placed Javier on the 15-day injured list Monday, retroactive to May 24, due to right forearm discomfort.

Javier was scheduled for a bullpen session Sunday, but he was pulled after experiencing discomfort in his right forearm. He'll be sent for imaging Tuesday to determine the extent of the injury, per Brian McTaggart of MLB.com. With Javier on the IL, Hunter Brown will start Tuesday against the Mariners, while Justin Verlander and Spencer Arrighetti take the mound Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, per Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle. The Astros recalled right-hander Alex Speas from Triple-A Sugar Land in a corresponding move.
