Stroman was removed from Sunday's game against the Cardinals with a blister on his right index finger, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

The right-hander surrendered six runs (three earned) on nine hits over 3.1 frames before being pulled from Sunday's start in London. Stroman exited before the blister ruptured, which could give him a chance to avoid a trip to the injured list and make his next start.

Stroman was removed from Sunday's start against the Cardinals in London with an apparent hand injury, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The 32-year-old was seen shaking his right hand in discomfort before he exited with an athletic trainer during the fourth inning. Stroman endured one of his worst starts of the season prior to the injury and allowed six runs on nine hits across just 3.1 innings. It remains to be seen if the right-hander will be available for his next turn through the rotation.

Sanchez (0-1) took the loss Saturday, giving up three runs on five hits over five innings as the Phillies fell 4-2 to the Mets. He struck out four without walking a batter.

Making his third big-league start of the season, Sanchez completed five innings for the first time while tossing 52 of his 75 pitches for strikes in a solid effort. The southpaw has a 3.00 ERA and 9:1 K:BB in nine innings since rejoining the Phillies' roster last weekend, putting him on track to make his next start at home next weekend against the Nationals.

Kelly (9-4) took the loss Saturday, allowing seven runs on 10 hits and two walks over five innings against the Giants. He struck out two.

The Giants got to Kelly in a hurry Saturday, beginning with a leadoff double from LaMonte Wade Jr. to open the bottom of the first that led to two runs in the inning. The right-hander's struggles continued throughout the contest as he surrendered another run in the third, two more in the fifth and then a two-run shot in the sixth to put Arizona down 7-5. Kelly had an especially hard time with the placement of his four-seamer on the afternoon, which led to him allowing a season-high seven runs (five earned) while fanning just two batters, marking his season low in the strikeout category. He'll look to bounce back when the Diamondbacks travel to take on the Angels next week.

Miller allowed six runs on 10 hits and three walks while striking out three batters over four-plus innings in a no-decision against the Astros on Saturday.

Miller managed to get through four frames with only one run scored against him, but the tide turned dramatically in the fifth. In that inning, all seven Houston batters who came to the plate against him reached base, with Alex Bregman's grand slam representing the biggest -- but not the only -- blow. Miller's line could have actually been even worse, but Yency Almonte worked his way out of a no-out, men-on-the-corners situation without allowing either of the inherited runners to score. Miller looked like he could be a Rookie of the Year candidate over his first four starts, during which he posted a 0.78 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 23:7 K:BB over 23 innings while picking up three wins. However, the right-hander has come back down to earth in his two starts since, allowing 13 runs on 17 hits and registering an 8:6 K:BB across 9.2 frames. J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reported prior to the contest that both Miller and fellow rookie Emmet Sheehan are expected to remain in the rotation even after Julio Urias (hamstring) returns from the injured list next week, though that decision could eventually shift if Miller continues to struggle.

Bido allowed two runs on nine hits and struck out five batters over 5.2 innings in a no-decision against Miami on Saturday.

Bido and Bryan Hoeing engaged in a scoreless pitchers' duel through four innings until the former surrendered a two-run homer to Luis Arraez in the fifth. Bido bounced back from the long ball to retire five more batters before he was lifted with two outs and two on in the sixth. The right-hander has been solid through three major-league outings, allowing six runs and posting an 18:5 K:BB over 15.2 frames. Bido appears to have a steady spot in the rotation and could hold onto it for the foreseeable future if he continues to pitch effectively.

Wainwright (3-2) allowed seven runs on 11 hits and a walk without recording a strikeout over three-plus innings, taking the loss in Saturday's London Series game versus the Cubs.

Wainwright gave up a pair of solo home runs to Ian Happ, and the rest of the Cubs' lineup presented plenty of challenges too. Wainwright hadn't pitched fewer than five innings in any of his first eight starts this year, but this will be one to forget for the veteran. He's struggled to a 6.56 ERA, 1.82 WHIP and 24:14 K:BB through 46.2 innings. His next start will likely come at home, though with Jack Flaherty (hip) questionable, it's unclear if Wainwright will face the Astros or the Yankees.

Anderson (0-2) allowed nine runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out one over 2.2 innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Angels.

Anderson gave up two runs through the first two innings, but he was responsible for seven of the 13 runs the Angels put up in the third. At one point, he gave up home runs on three straight pitches. After allowing just three runs over 20.2 innings in May, Anderson has unraveled in June. His ERA is now at 5.79 with a 1.45 WHIP and 28:14 K:BB through 42 innings between the Rockies and the Rays this season. With few better healthy options available, Colorado may have to let Anderson work through his slump. It's not going to get any easier if he makes his projected start at home versus the Dodgers next week.

Ashcraft (3-6) took the loss against Atlanta on Saturday, allowing six runs on 10 hits and striking out two batters over four-plus innings.

Ashcraft faced a tough test in his return from a stint on the injured list due to a calf injury, and he was unable to contain Atlanta's potent offense. The right-hander served up a season-high three homers and yielded 10 total hits for the third time this year. Ashcraft hasn't pitched more than four innings in any of his three starts in June, giving up 19 earned runs in 10.2 frames during the month. His ERA now sits at an ugly 7.17 on the campaign.

Peralta (5-7) took the loss Saturday, allowing three runs on four hits and three walks over five innings against the Guardians. He struck out five.

Peralta picked up his seventh loss of the campaign, marking six starts since recording his last victory. Though he owns the seventh-most losses in MLB, Peralta has given up more than four earned runs in just two of his 16 starts thus far. After 81.1 innings, Peralta holds a 4.65 ERA and 1.33 WHIP to go along with a 1.5 HR/9 and a 2.7 K/BB. He'll have a solid chance to pick up a win in his next start, which is expected to come against a Mets team that has lost 14 of its last 19 contests.
