Touki Toussaint RP | LAA
Braves' Touki Toussaint: Sent back to minors
Toussaint was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday.
Toussaint's stay on the big-league roster lasted just one week. It included a stellar six-inning relief appearance and an awful start in which he allowed seven runs in just 1.1 innings against the Indians on Saturday. He'll be replaced on the roster by Bryse Wilson.

Rich Hill SP | KC
Dodgers' Rich Hill: Could return next weekend
Hill (knee) will throw five or six innings at extended spring camp Monday and could rejoin the rotation next weekend, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
Assuming he comes through the extended spring game without any setbacks, Hill said he could rejoin the Dodgers and be ready to start their Sunday home game against the Pirates as he targets a return from his left knee strain. Ross Stripling is slated to move to the bullpen when Hill returns.

Jacob deGrom SP | TEX
Mets' Jacob deGrom: Plays catch again Sunday
DeGrom (elbow) played catch Sunday, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
The reports surrounding deGrom continue to be generally positive following an elbow scare earlier in the week. He's been able to play catch two days in a row, and the plan remains for him to not get an MRI. If all goes well, he may miss just one start and return from the injured list next weekend.

Jose Urena SP | LAA
Marlins' Jose Urena: Gets into win column
Urena (1-3) picked up the win in Saturday's 9-3 victory over the Nationals, allowing three runs (two earned) on eight hits and a walk over six innings while striking out four.
The right-hander seems to be finding his footing after a sluggish start to 2019, reeling off back-to-back quality starts against two tough opponents in the Nats and Phillies. Urena will take a 5.74 ERA and 21:6 K:BB through 26.2 innings into his next outing Friday in Philadelphia.

Mike Soroka SP | ARI
Braves' Mike Soroka: Sticking in rotation
Soroka is listed as the probable starter for Wednesday's game in Cincinnati.
Soroka pitched well enough in his season debut for the Braves that it was expected he would remain in the rotation, and this serves as confirmation. Touki Toussaint, who was lit up for seven earned runs in 1.1 innings Saturday, would be the likely odd man out with Mike Foltynewicz (elbow) set to return next week. It is also possible the Braves go with a six-man rotation in the short term. Regardless, Soroka's spot seems safe for now.

Eric Lauer SP | LAD
Padres' Eric Lauer: Takes loss against Reds
Lauer (2-3) struck out five and allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and two walks across five innings in a loss to the Reds on Saturday.
The 23-year-old kept the ball in the yard, which has been an issue for him this year, but the Reds scratched out three runs on their six hits. Lauer has displayed great control this season (23:7 K:BB), but opposing hitters are batting .290 against him, which has led to a 1.41 WHIP and 4.67 ERA in 27 innings. His next start should be against the Nationals on the road next Saturday.
-
Luis Castillo SP | CHW
Reds' Luis Castillo: Continues hot start
Castillo (2-1) struck out nine and allowed one run on four hits and one walk in six innings in a victory over the Padres on Saturday.
The 26-year-old continues to dazzle early this season. He hasn't allowed more than two runs in any start and owns a 1.47 ERA this year. Opponents are hitting just .129 against him, which has helped Castillo also post a 0.88 WHIP. If owners have any complaints about him, it's that he's walked 14 in 30.2 innings, but he's also struck out 41. His next scheduled start is Friday in St. Louis.

Antonio Senzatela RP | MIL
Rockies' Antonio Senzatela: Suffers first loss
Senzatela (1-1) allowed four runs on seven hits with three strikeouts and one walk across six innings in a loss to the Phillies on Saturday.
The 24-year-old ran into major trouble in the fourth, giving up a bases-clearing double. That was after he gave up a run in the third as well. He pitched two more scoreless frames after that, but the damage was already done. Even still, Senzatela is off to a fairly good start with a 3.55 ERA. a 1.18 WHIP and seven strikeouts in 12.2 innings. His next outing should be on the road against the Braves on Friday.

Touki Toussaint RP | LAA
Braves' Touki Toussaint: Bombed in no-decision
Toussaint gave up seven earned runs in just 1.1 innings in a no-decision against Cleveland on Saturday. He allowed six hits and one walk while striking out two.
Toussaint gave up two runs in the first inning on two wild pitches and two hits, and he also hit a batter. Things did not improve in the second inning as he allowed four more hits and hit two more batters before being removed. The 22-year-old was making his first start of the season, and now has an 8.59 ERA and 1.77 WHIP along with an 9:3 K:BB in 7.1 innings.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Cubs' Yu Darvish: Takes third loss
Darvish (1-3) took the loss Saturday against the Diamondbacks by allowing three runs on five hits across five innings. He struck out seven and walked three.
Darvish gave up a pair of solo home runs in the first inning and gave up another run in the second, but was able to settle down over his final three frames. The 32-year-old has undoubtedly pitched better in his last two starts following a rough beginning to the season, but he's still struggled a bit with his command by issuing seven walks. The veteran right-hander has a 5.96 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 25:18 K:BB across 22.2 innings and lines up to face the Diamondbacks again next weekend.
